I am here searching for how we integrate the zoom recording on my website. Currently I am working on service base website I want to integrate the zoom recording  lecture on website. How can I do this? Need help regarding this.

Using a shared Zoom account, our department is hosting virtual office hours on a "recurring" meeting. Patrons may connect and disconnect as they please to ask questions to whoever is manning the meeting.

It is important that we can survey these patrons to see if this service and our answers have been helpful. Nothing fancy, a simple positive/negative rating is acceptable.

We tried using the "Meeting Survey," but it seems this only pops up if we end the meeting before the patron. We also don't want to end the meeting at all, as we must then re-start the meeting to continue these open office hours.

We tried using the "Meeting Poll," but then our staff must remember to manually launch the poll (which seems to erase previous poll responses?). 

We could link an external survey (like Microsoft Forms) in the chat, but again, our staff would have to remember to manually do that. A built-in tool would be more convenient.

Any ideas?

We keep having an issue with our account with one particular user. 
Sometimes, and it seems random- when they are hosting a meeting, participants are told the meeting was scheduled for December 31, 1978. 
I cannot find a resolution for this. It happens to only one person on our account. 

What can we do to resolve this?

We got early access to the Zoom Huddles feature. We got an email which describes that we should assign this licences to our users: "In this phase of the beta, account owners or admins will need to provision Zoom Huddles licenses to the users that want to access the product. For a reminder on how licenses are assigned, visit this support article."

Unfortunately I was not able to find any Zoom Huddles related setting under the user management or under a user's edit view.

Could somebody help us how we could enable the feature, beause we truly would like to try it and to provide feedback about it.

Anyway I also wanted to ask you if a non-licensed user (licence type basic) will be able to use this feature? Because in our small company we have four users from which only I'm licensed because our actual financial state does not permit us to buy licences for all of our users. And I also wanted to ask you if the feature will be free for us or not.
