Bonjour, j'utilise zoom sur windows avec un micro casque usb. cela fonctionne parfaitement bien. par contre lorsque je lance le partage d'une vidéo en cochant la case "inclure l'audio", les participants n'entendent rien. Si je modifie dans les paramètres audio les haut parleurs et le micro  pour qu'ils passent par ceux de mon pc, les participants ont le son de la vidéo mais c'est inaudible...

We have a participant who is using a very large screen resolution (4K). Whenever he shares his screen in the call, the resolution of the recording becomes too large and is then scaled down again which results in very small text. Can we set a maximum resolution for screen sharing in the recordings only?

I have a gig coming up that will need to have probably just 1 host account but will need to house 700 participants. This is be a Webinar I guess so that we can see all of the faces in gallery mode.

The client simply wants 4 TVs behind a speaker at a lectern. With just 49 ppl per screen, does Zoom allow you to scroll pages of participants in gallery mode?

Lastly, is there a 'mode' that keeps my activity out of picture and just lets the TV see the gallery? I don't want anybody seeing the toolbar, or what I'm doing in Zoom.

Periodically, I cannot join or host meetings.  I get "zoom cannot open" code.  In the past I have uninstalled, cleaned, reinstalled and it has worked for a while.  This time, to no avail.  I am also not even able to host from the browser.  I am telehealth therapist and am not able to see clients on my laptop, only my phone for the past 2 days.  Thanks for your help!

thank you for your your work for linux clients. The most recent version zoom-5.16.1_8561 has an impact
for a linux wayland desktop session, because i may crash all running applications that are using the X11 gateway.

The problem occurs, when somebody presents its desktop it this problem only occurs in the version 5.16.1

Maybe you start to think about to move to  googles electron platform, to run the desktop-client. It seems that you
put a lot of effort in the developemnt of your own JS framework, that show some technical improvement,

but the currently available version has still problems with the sound architecture.

Maybe  you save time, if you switch to googles electron, because it iis better intergrated into any of those altering linux distributions with their specific components. I remember similar problems with MS-Teams, that disappeard, when they switched to electorn.

i have trouble with my camera in Zoom Meetings. When I start a Zoom Meeting, my camera is off. When I want to start the camera, I get the message "die videokamera konnte nicht gestartet werden. Bitte wählen sie eine andere Videokamera in den Einstellungen". When I go to the settings, the camera is starting, i see me and can switch the background and all that settings. Then I click on save, and the camera turn off again, and when I click on the camera button, i get the same error message again. I tried all, reinstall Zoom, restart, i checked the data protection settings from Windows, all is ok.

Does anyone have an idea?

We are a small non profit that uses Zoom to host our classes and assessments.  We have one person that schedules classes and assessments, but other teachers "sign up" for the position.  Sometimes the person that schedules has her own meeting that she needs to attend and it can be at the same time that she scheduled a meeting for someone else.  Is there a way that she can continue to schedule for the whole of the agency as well as being able to log in at the same time for her own scheduled meetings?
