We want to send the invite URL to each attendee email but we want to include a specific Display Name in the URL so that when each person uses it to enter the Zoom meeting, it will provide the specific Display Name (we do not allow attendees to change their display name). For example; my URL will enter me into Zoo with a display name - Unit 99 - Tom Benoit We really did not want to use the waiting room or force people to register. I have a spreadsheet with user names, their Unit#, and email. I would like to use the spreadsheet to construct the URL and submit the emails through GMail. Is there a way to do this either through Gmail or even entering the relevant info into the Zoom personal address book?????

Whenever I use zoom, my pc lags a lot and when I close it i need to restart my pc to "fix it" Im using Windows 10, with a Ryzen 5 5600 and a RX 6700XT, with 16Gb of RAM, as you can see, I have a pretty good PC, so I don't really understand why this is happening. Her is a video i uploaded to youtube to show the problem: https://youtu.be/5ADw_hfspcc

Hello everyone. I was wondering if any of you have had trouble with Zoom generating inaccurate reports, particularly on the participant count. Is it possible that Zoom reports register less participants than the ones that actually attended? Has it happened before? Also, how come on one of my reports I see Zoom counted +100 participants, but the same document only shows the names of less than 10 of them? Is anyone having this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!

I keep having an issue where meetings that I am hosting say they are being recorded. I get an email afterward with the recording link. But when I click it, I'm told the recording does not exist. I am recording to the cloud, I am the host. Why aren't these recording?? I'd say it happens about 30-40% of the time and is driving me crazy! So many lost meeting recordings! What can I do? Thank you!

Every time I try to join or create a meeting I'm getting 5-6 different warnings about zoom attempting to use unsigned DLL: * MSVCP140.DLL * VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL * VCRUNTIME.140.DLL It's every single click on new meeting or switching back to main window that triggers at least 3 warnings. I tried the registry hack - i.e. adding Disable3rdModuleVerify (DWORD)=1 to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoom\Zoom Meetings\General and that didn't help. I tried reinstalling zoom, but that didn't help. I'm using Windows 11. I have a couple of machines, the computer in my office is also windows 11 and has no issues, however my laptop is constantly complaining about the unsigned DLLs in zoom. My other machine has windows 10 and the registry hack fixed the same issue. Not on my laptop though. Please advise

Good day: I have a client who can not log into her Zoom Desktop. She introduces her user and password, and the application shows a message that says "Invalid password". At the moment When she clicks on the option "I forgot my password", the Zoom system sends a mail with a link, but when my client clicks on that link, a page pops up and asks for the user and password. It is like an infinite loop, to generate a new password, she has to introduce her user and password. I hope you can help me to solve this issue. Thanks.

They only respond with things I can already find on the web.
I need them to dig a little deeper.
