My company hosts workshops on my work account. We have the full license for our Zoom accounts. We were testing a new solution for preregistering for these events and created a registration page through Zoom instead of a second party. We started the meeting and ran into issues when registrants tried logging in 5 minutes past the start time. I checked the settings for our account, and the setting to allow participants to join at any time was checked. I found no setting for not allowing participants to join past the start time. Is there a prebuilt setting within Zoom that overrides our account settings when registrations are set up for a meeting? I tried sending them the "invite link" you can generate from within the meeting to get them access. They were redirected to a registration page that told them the registration was no longer available. All of these clients were already registered for this meeting. I had to email many clients the meeting ID and passcode and direct them to log into Zoom and enter these credentials to allow them access. Any clarification on this would be helpful so I do not run into this issue again.

Converting meeting recording hangs at 0% Fedora 38 linux x86_64 Raw files exist, but conversion hangs with no error messages, no Zoom process is using the CPU much. Zoom client prints _no_ error messages to stdout. Rebooted and restarted via Zoom menus, with same result. Does this even work with linux, what is the name of the conversion program so I can run it by hand from the shell? I'm running X with the nvidia driver. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hola, cómo hago para que en la lista de asistencia que se descarga en reportes o informes, aparezcan todos los correos de las personas que se unieron. Actualmente aparecen algunos correos pero otros no.
It is more than a month now that my participants ar not able to join my meeting with the link I provided them. Is there something wrong I did with my Meeting Settings?
I haven't recorded many Zoom meetings. This time something weird happened and it somehow recorded the video as music, and I can't open it at all. Is there a way to change it to video? I'm not very tech savvy, so no complicated language, please!

For all users at my organization, user search has stopped working. At this page https://[my_organization].zoom.us/account/user#/ , search returns no results unless you've typed the beginning of the email address. So if John Smith has username j smith @ school . edu, these queries would be successful: jsmith jsmi jsm and these queries would fail: John john Smith smith@ This is becoming a real nuisance. **I added spaces to the fake email address because Zoom's autoformatting thought I was entering my real address and was getting scared.

Hello all, Zoom has me going around in circles and I cant seem how to solve this. I had a google account (gmail-account#1) and I had a paid subscription and would login to the browser and desktop app no problem. I then disassociated that google account with Zoom and I'm using now ( gmail-account#2) with my zoom account. When I try to login with the desktop app its asking me for my email and password, why? I have the gmail account associated with Zoom. So I click on "forgot password" and it brings me to the zoom account web page. It doesn't give me any options to change my password. If I look on my profiles I have my (gmail-account#2) linked to the Zoom account and thats it. So where is the problem? Why can I not just sign in with Google from the desktop app and its forcing with to use a password? Also, ever since I'm using this (gmail-account#2) - it put me on the free basic plan. Thank you for your help.

Hello. Yesterday when accessing zoom for win10 desktop I received an error message 50003. I tried to update to the new version 5.16.0 (22201) (64 bits), but now the installation of the new version is not completed and no error is displayed. Is anyone else going through this? Thanks.
