I have a Pro license hosting a meeting. I have people in a conference room set up with Zoom Rooms equipment joining my meeting. Do I need to get a Conference Room Connector license for my Pro account so that the Zoom Rooms equipped conference room can join my meeting? The Zoom Rooms displays an error message: "The host of this meeting does not have a Conference Room Connector (CRC) license. ---- An active CRC license is required to use a SIP/H.323 device to join this meeting. If your account have an active license, please go to - - -." (see attached picture) I planning to resume in-person meeting with hybrid zoom. It turned out the facility I will use is a Zoom Rooms facility. It seems a Conference Room Connector license for a Pro account is $49 per month. Please clarify. Thank you! GeorgeSR Chin

Often I will be presenting and want to switch Windows desktops to quickly reference something and it is always auto-pausing presentation.
I hate that.
Any way to make it not do that?
Hello. We are trying to host a live meeting. We typically do that via an in-app browser, but have recently being seeing the error, "zoom may not be supported by your browser". This is on iOS 15 using the web view SDK. Is there anything we can do when initiating the meeting to prevent folks from seeing this error?

Recently I started having problems with connectivity between Zoom and my Jabra Pro headset, which previously worked fine. When I start Zoom on a Windows 11 PC, and select my Jabra headset, all is good, but after a short time, I get the zoom message: "Failed to detect your microphone and speakder. Pleae make sure your devices are properly connected." At this point, I lose audio, but when i clck on the button in the error screen that says "Check my audio devices" my audio is immediately restored, only to have this happen seconds to minutes later. Hoping someone else has solved this problem, thanks.

When I start a screen share, it will make sounds "you have started a screen share ..."; when I end it, it says "you have stopped a screen share." I turn off all the accessibility options, but the sound doesn't go away. When others people start or end screen share, it doesn't make these notifications. My operation system is macOS Monterey 12.3.1, and my zoom version is 5.15.2. They should be pretty up-to-date. Thank you!

My Acer Aspire Z24-880 and I have Windows 10 Installed. I have attempted to use Zoom on this computer for a year and tried the troubleshooting suggestions that I found on the forums including - Uninstalling and reinstalling the latest Zoom App (completed again this week), lowering my camera Flicker from 60 to 50, and even tried using a Cannon Camera as another option unsuccessfully. All cameras shut off after being in the meeting for a few minutes where I was visible. The program acts as if I am choosing to turn off my video feed. Once I click it back on it quickly turns off again. I've logged out of meetings and back in, does not work. I have no other apps that run during these meetings where camera is being used or updated etc. I use my HP laptop and phone without a problem. I would like to use my Acer as well. Hoping I can get some assistance to figure this out.

Hi there I often schedule Zoom calls for other people where I use a random meeting link and passcode link generated by my Zoom account (extension in Google cal), then I go into the app and make the person attending the meeting an alternative host. I do not attend the meetings. Within the meeting settings I also enable recording to the cloud. However after the meeting, although I am the organiser, I don't receive notification of the recording and it is not in my recordings folder on zoom. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I retrieve the recordings? Many thanks.

I am an admin who needs to set up zoom meetings for online students. One of my instructor accounts doesn't have the "attendees" spot when setting up a recurring meeting. I don't understand why or how to fix this. Can someone help me please? Time sensitive. I have included 2 screen grabs - "problemchild" is obviously the one I'm struggling with and don't understand.
