I have a meeting that may go over 100 participants, so want to either change to webinar or increase participants. But the only option I'm seeing is an option to add a minimum of 10 licenses. I just want to upgrade to Pro for 1 license. This seems impossible

For 2 Zoom meetings now, a number of participants coming in have the same names. Particularly the Co-host's name (my name). During the last meeting, we have 9 participants and at least 3 of them joined in named as "Kim", but others did have their own names when they joined the meeting. And on the chat box, although we've renamed the participants with their respective names, it still shows up as "Kim" on the chat. It has made our meeting a bit confusing. Is this a bug? What can I do to fix this?

I am looking to see if the Samsung App Store on newer Samsung Smart TV will allow download of the ZOOM app, then log in, and connect a USB webcam to the Smart TV. Do-able? Still not compatible yet? Any help is great.
I am aware I can use the TV as a 2nd monitor and to a computer with HDMI, or cast to the TV from a phone or tablet to a Roku or Apple TV - but I'm wondering if SIMPLICITY wins the day to do all of it JUST from the Smart TV.

I attended a Zoom meeting 23rd May (in hurry) without signing in 😞 . I recorded that meeting. I checked many times in the call of the recording - it was green. When the call ended - i could not find the recording anywhere in my system. Please help me retrive the recording

I have 10 licences availables and 5 used, but when I try to assign a licence to a user, I receive the message "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." in the same screen, users administrations, I have two distinct messages : "You have licenses still availabe to users" and "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." Please, Help me....

I have total 3 license and total 4 users, which includes 1 owner in it. However, I wasn't able to assign to any of the rest of the 3 users since 25/05/2023. It keeps prompting me: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more license to increase the limit." Anyone able to resolve this issue?
