Meeting Times out

Has anyone experienced similar behavior/ have a fix?

IPad OS 16.2 IPad Air v5 - Stage manager - with additional monitor connected. Ipad in Landscape mode.
In the above configuration - when the Zoom meeting is running on the Ipad screen - all apps on the additional monitor become minimized - opening a minimized app causes the lock screen to activate - this does not happen with other apps.
If Zoom meeting is running on external monitor - apps can open on Ipad screen ok - but the camera view is skewed 270" - ie Zoom is not recognizing the Ipad orientation.

On one account I have all the regular backgrounds plus some I added, while on the other I only have 2 or three.  I am a paying member and am wondering why this is? Thank you for the feedback.

Hello everyone,

I am hoping someone has experienced and resolved this issue - all the settings in my account are correct for activating a notification (bell sound) when a participant arrives in a meeting. However, just on my laptop device for the last several months, there has been no sound for this notification.

I can see and hear participants and all other sound is normal, but I do not hear any sound when participants arrive in the waiting room or enter the meeting room. When I tried the same meeting room and account on other devices the notification is audible. The sound was audible until several months ago. Any ideas of what is going on and how I can reinstate it?

Calendar Integration

For some reason Zoom pulls in calendar events from either Zoho or Google that are not Zoom meetings.

"?from=addon" is added to my zoom link every time

I recently added the Outlook plugin so I can organise a meeting directly in my calendar. However, when my link is generated, it always has ?from=addon added to the end of it.It is a pain to have to erase this each time. How do I solve this?ThanksSmit... Show more

free account won't let me choose a virtual background

I just signed up for the free account it won't doesn't give me option to choose a virtual background. There isn't even admin photos to choose from. Did zoom recently make a change to delete this option for free accounts?

I have been having issues when starting meetings that I have created.  I keep getting the message "Please wait for the host to start this meeting" message, although I am the host and the person who scheduled the Zoom meeting.  This happens when I click on joining meeting directly from my calendar that I have created.

I verified I am logged into the zoom integration on google calendars but I'm still experiencing this issue.
Looking for assistance.
