Resolved! Attendee Camera Control
As a host, during a meeting, I received a popup message that an attendee wanted permission to control my camera? What is this? Why would this be allowed? How did the attendee submit this request to me?.

I'm using zoom business that has a 300 participants limit. I'm going to do an event for aproximately 250 people. Reading the help pages it says that i have to restrict who receives the link, event id, password, etc. Thank you for your help with this
Also i understand that i can enable the waiting room and handpick who enters the reunion.
But: is there any type of automated way of filtering who can enter ? (i mean like for example uploading a list of users/emails and that each email can be active only once).
I saw that there is also an enterprise function to allow only emails from one domain, but this isn't the case, there will be a mix o gmail, msn, outlook, yahoo and whatever mails mixed.

When I schedule a meeting I am shown an email the invitation in Outlook which I add Invitees. The email is then set. On receipt the email no longer shows Accept Tentative Decline options - it just says 'No Response Required' I cannot find a way of enabling the Response options, and I am not aware that I have disabled anything in the settings. I am using ver 5.9.7.

I n the last 6 months, I am having trouble hearing a music student playing the piano on Zoom. I have enabled "original sound for musicians" and it does not seem to help at all. This did not used to be a problem. I am a MAC user if that makes a difference. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

One of my invitees to a Zoom meeting complained that there was no way for the invite to got to his calendar other than him manually entering it. He was looking for the line to accept or deny, which if accepted would presumably enter it in his calendar. Am I missing something? This is the first time anyone has said anything and, of course, it's my son!

When someone else screen shares, it is now opening up in a new, second, window. It leaves all of the participant videos open in the original window. How do I get these back into one shared window where I can just adjust the layout to grid/pinned/etc? This appears to be a new issue as of this week.

Hello Zoom community, I'm looking for a way to set up an introduction video that plays automatically before participants join a Zoom meeting. I've read in some places that this option is available, but I couldn't find it in my account settings. Can anyone guide me on how to enable this feature? I'm using the latest version of Zoom and have a regular account. Are there any specific prerequisites or additional steps I should follow to activate this functionality? I appreciate any assistance you can provide in advance.

I work at an organization that uses zoom for tutoring, the links to the individual tutors were not working, unknown to us. it seems as though the links that were generated on set up when creating the tutors "rooms" changed. Is this a normal occurrence, we are just trying to determine best practices for preventing an outage of services created by this issue in the future. thanks for any help and regards

Hi, So our office does a all day zoom meeting however over the past two months almost everyday it ends the meeting at 2:30. The meeting then has to be restarted. There is nothing in our set up that says that it should end and we cannot figure out why it is happening. Any suggestions?

I was going to record the meeting and made a test recording at 16.47 before we started just to check that it worked- and it did! The audio was saved in my zoom file. Then the other participants joined and I restarted the recording at 17.07 and stoped the recording at 18.30. I opened the zoom folder and there is the recording but when I klick to convert it I only get the 2.05 minute long "test" recording that I did 16.47. The file looks big enough to contain a longer audio-file but I only get the small one when I open it! To add on that I can not find the recording at all on my zoom account, I assume that is because the meeting was scheduled and set up from my employers account, but he can also not find the recording on his account. Please help!
