Win11 is updated, zoom the newest version 5.15.7 and all win drivers are ok (windows device manager). And I allready deleted Zoom and installed it again.

Does anyone have an idea?

other members starting my meeting

A paid licensed member was able to start my meeting, they weren't assigned as alternate host, or invited to the meeting. How did this happen? They don't have scheduling privileges for me.

After a Zoom call/meeting, all Windows notifications stop, until a reboot.

If I have a Zoom meeting, and am sharing screen with someone, then of course the Windows pop-up notifications stop (as they should - if I am sharing a screen with someone on a Zoom meeting, then I don't want the other person seeing my pop-up Windows notifications).  BUT after I stop sharing screen, and end the Zoom meeting, the Windows pop-up notifications in the bottom right corner of my screen DO NOT COME BACK UNTIL I REBOOT THE LAPTOP (whatever software code in Zoom was correctly preventing the notifications during the Zoom meeting / screen sharing = keeps continuing to stop these notifications on the laptop screen after the Zoom meeting).  This makes it very difficult to use Zoom, if this is the after-affect of a Zoom meeting.  Teams does not have this issue.  I like Zoom better in all the other areas, but this issue with Zoom is becoming a show-stopper, and thinking I have to shift over to Teams if Zoom doesn't have a fix.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Windows 10 (system is up to date).
Zoom (up to date).

I don't reboot each day, so this issue stays on the laptop for days.  Not sure what to do.

Hello,

I've submitted a support ticket on this, but maybe the folks here can give advice.  I have a Pro account at our church and had purchased a Poly X50 to use for meetings in our library so the church ladies can just tap the controller screen to start their meeting.  I have had it logged in to our Pro account for about a year with a recurring meeting scheduled for every Sunday morning.  That meeting always showed on the Upcoming Meetings of the controller and people got used to just tapping it to start the meeting whenever they wanted.

The system recently got updates to the latest version and now it doesn't seem to show upcoming meetings.  I've gone all through the settings.  I see the Poly in Devices in my account.  I can change settings for it, but I don't see any new settings about it getting or not getting upcoming meetings.

Was there a change that would require a Rooms account for this to work?  I  think I've seen that it runs the Rooms client, but I figured that was just what it was called on these Android-based devices.  I'm fine with signing up for a Rooms account, I guess, if that's what would solve the issue, but never did because it seemed to work fine all along without it and I don't need most of the Rooms features.

Thanks

When my meeting participants watch a "shared screen with gallery view" recording, everything works as expected, unless they watch the recording in fullscreen mode. In fullscreen, the video doesn't switch from gallery view to shared screen and back. They're stuck in whatever view the video was in when they clicked the fullscreen icon. If they went fullscreen while in gallery view, they never see the shared screen, and vice versa. Exiting full screen gets them back in sync, but if they go back to fullscreen, they'll be stuck again the next time the recording switches views again.

Am I missing something? Is there some way to fix this? Thanks!

My audio was working just fine during a previous meeting.

Then I began to host a new meeting, and audio did not work across ANY of my devices: Desktop, iPad and iPhone.

I use an external mic for the Desktop, but even when switching native audio input on Desktop, iPad and iPhone, the meeting participants could not hear me (I could hear them fine).

When I test the microphone in preferences on ALL devices, it shows that it is working. And yet, no audio for the participants.

Zoom is updated on all my devices. I tried singing into a new meeting, and the same problem occurs. I signed into a meeting I was not the host of, and the same problem occurred.

I can't image what the issue is here and hope someone can advise...
