Hi, in the Windows desktop app, the version number showing as 5.15.2 (18096) with no prompt to update to latest version. Run winget list --name Zoom , shows version as 5.15.7.2303 , which is the latest version. So it appears I have the latest version installed but the Zoom app is showing version 5.15.2 (18096) , anyone explain ? Thanks

Good morning Zoom Community! I have searched the Knowledgebase and Community and sent the "Chat Bot" various questions, but I do not see an answer to my question/problem: How do I verify a HOME phone number? I was able to add my "Mobile" phone number by entering the "two factor authentication" 6-digit code. This does not work for a "Home" phone number. I hoped that I would get a phone call with the 6-digit code spoken by a robotic voice, but that did not happen. Has anyone ever gotten a "Home" phone number to verify and add to the Zoom profile? I can't read messages on this phone. How to set landline office phone which is voice only?
For the last 4 days, I've had issues with my Zoom audio. It's got a broken-record sound of an alarm sound that plays whenever I am in a meeting. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program and that did not solve anything. It even does it when I am in the settings and test the audio. This happens both when I am using Bluetooth headphones and if I am just using my laptop speaker. Please assist, because it won't stop and it makes it hard to hear whoever is speaking during the meeting. Thanks

I'm using an iPhone 15 running iOS 17.0.3. with the latest Zoom.us software. Ever since upgrading to Sonoma, when I want to start Deskview in Zoom, the iPhone looses connection. I tried with another iPhone as well running the same operating system and it still happens. Is there a solution available for this?

hello, I'm a professor facilitating an online class, and I'm going to have students in multiple breakout rooms for small group discussion. Students in the course receive credit for participation. I'm trying to figure out how to track students' participation while they're in their breakout rooms, since I won't be able to be present in every one. Wondering if the activity status feature of breakout rooms needs to be viewed by me in real time or if it's available as a report afterwards.

How do I add Yes/No buttons to an email invite and then receive an emailed notification that a person will/won't attend a meeting? Thanks.
I am trying to connect my account to a CRM but i am getting this prompt saying it is still connected with my previous client CRM. Is there any way I can manage it on my zoom account. I need to disconnect that integration. Please let me know if anyone here knows how to fix this, Thank you
