Hey there - seeking reassurance. I am leading a workshop in a while. In the past, when I've hosted, I've been able to open and close meetings, setting up whatever, via a "Join meeting" or "Launch meeting" button thing. Now, though, despiute seeing this in my schedule, along with confirmation that i'm the host, no "Join" or "Launch" option is available, and instead I need to to access the room by putting in the Meeting ID. Should I be worried? Or has the way we access rooms changed during some update?

I see this pretty consistently in the Web UI: - In a meeting, have people chat (enough for the chat pane to scroll) - Make sure there are replies to chat messages in threads - Scroll to the bottom of the chat pane (or be anywhere really, including scroll up and down while the next step happens) - Have someone else add a chat message anywhere - Observer that chat pane jumps up automatically every time there is a new message It looks like Zoom is _trying_ to keep the chat pane focused on the same place when it refreshes with new messages, but miscalculates the scroll position. Given that the jump is always upwards, it's almost as if it doesn't take the reply-in-threads into account when calculating scroll position.

I want to set up Original sound for musicians, but that option isn't available when I go into Audio Profile.
I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!
Among my zoom recordings, there is an old one from 2021 that never finished processing. I would like to delete it, but I cannot select it for deletion. How can I get rid of it?
I set up zoom meetings with the goal or hope that zoom would automatically send an invitation to the client. It has not been doing that. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: My-Email Diagnostic information for administrators: Generating server: CH3PR16MB6140.namprd16.prod.outlook.com
Due to this, I integrated my microsoft 365 account to zoom and checked off all boxes at the bottom of the profile tab in zoom. It still doesn't work. Instead of it clearly going through to the client, I get an email kick back and error instead saying
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

I tried contacting microsoft for help but this seems to be happening from zoom to 365 sending out invites. Has anyone else have the problem or know how to overcome this.

Hi everyone, We’re currently experiencing a recurring issue whenever we integrate Sembly with our Zoom meetings. Specifically: The Zoom meeting has no audio The Zoom meeting has no video The transcript is not captured or summarized For context, Sembly is an AI meeting assistant that joins virtual meetings to automatically record, transcribe, and generate summaries and insights from conversations. It’s a useful tool for keeping accurate meeting records and sharing key takeaways with teams. We reached out to Sembly support and were informed that this might be due to a Zoom glitch that occasionally prevents attendees (including bots like Sembly) from accessing audio. They've mentioned that this is beyond their control and are working on updates to help Sembly rejoin meetings more reliably in the future. In the meantime, we’d like to know: Is there any way to recover or retrieve the recordings and transcripts of the completed meetings via Sembly? Or should we rely solely on Zoom’s built-in recording and transcription feature moving forward? If we use Zoom’s native features, will we still be able to get the summaries and insights we need from those past meetings? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have scheduled a zoom meeting (after buying the Zoom pro version). I feel the need to upgrade and buy the webinar version. Can i shift my zoom meeting to a zoom webinar (keeping the session link as the same one)?
When I worked at a professional services firm that used Zoom colleagues could start meetings using my personal meeting room before I joined the call. At a startup now with my own zoom account I can't seem to enable that to work. I know you can disable the meeting room and enable participants to join before me and both those settings are enabled. Yet still guests are put in a waiting room when using my personal meeting room. As a use case I am on holiday next week, but the standing team meeting is a invite from my diary with my personal meeting room details - I'd like the team to be able to have that call when I am away. I have read that you really can enable guests to join before me if I create a specific zoom link for a meeting, but for years I just put my personal meeting room details in a calendar invite and I like working that way. If you know of a way to enable guests to join my personal meeting room without me I would be delighted to hear it! Thanks in advance, Fred
