Hi All

Has anyone else had the issue with their chat function disappearing mid meeting?  Both me and my colleague found that the chat icon disappeared for a few minutes and we couldnt access the chat, but then it reappeared without an issue.  I was sharing my screen at the time with about 30 people in the zoom meeting.

SSO for Master AND automatically, SUB Accounts

As Owner and Super Admin I implemented SSO on the Master account and this is working well.
Actually I was expecting, this automatically gets replicated to the 5 Sub Accounts that I have
but, no, it does not.
Question here is: how do I activate my SSO to become available/mandatory for my Sub Accounts?
I can't believe I need to setup a Vanity URL for each of those and do again the manual SSO related work

Dial in numbers

When retrieving my "invite", I used to get dial-in phone numbers.  I no longer am able to get those anymore.

How would I get those numbers?

We have setup that enables the built in browser and automatically uses SSO

 

This works really well and clients sign-in automatically with no interaction, however after 30 days they are prompted with the below, despite the client being able to automatically log in using the device credential. Is there any way to suppress this? I've not been able to find a setting

How to add meetings per session?

I am a zoom pro licensed owner.

I would like to add my meeting per session qty. Currently I only have 1 meeting per session, how to add this meeting per session becomes 2 or 3 meetings per session?

Can't use the virtual background on samsung tablet s6 lite

I can't find the virtual background function on my tablet. My tablet is Samsung tablet s6 lite with android version11 and one UI version 3.1. Can you add the background function on this?

Outgoing Video Problem

During our last few Zoom video chats, our video output has been acting up, there were only 3 participants including ours.

The other 2 participants talked about a rainbow behind us, and that our video feed was randomly switching between our feed and one of the other participants feed but it was displaying their feed upside down in our output window.

We clicked on the option to show all participants and saw what they were talking about, it looked like a scrambled tv channel, a brief flickering slanted unclear color bar (rainbow) on the top and black below with no other image - then - our feed - then- one of the other participants but their feed was upside down and somehow in our on-screen output window, and the feed randomly switched in our output window every second over and over and over. At the same time that 1 participant had a separate output window of their own that was clear, clean, and nothing abnormal.

 

Since another participants feed is mixed into our output feed window, and that same participant has a separate output window that clear and clean,  it does not seem like a camera problem.

 

We have 1 Gigabyte internet service and a new camera.  Any ideas?

Dear all

I am using Zoom for my music group. Until October 2021 I was able to stream Cubase - this is my DAW - as well as having my computer be remote controlled by. Unfortunately there's a problem with "lagging" that I can not solve.

As soon as I hit "play" on my music software the screen laggs extremely. As soon as I stop the DAW all is good again.

It is necessary for me to visually show the movement of some stuff like loudness meeters, playhead, automation etc. while the software plays the music.... meaning there is movement on the screen that is important. Currently I have to use other software such as Team Viewer or Anydesk in 1-on-one training sessions.

Has somebody an idea how to solve this issue?

Please note that
it is not an internet connection issue.
it is not software specific. All music software (DAWs) have this issue.
it is not related to my sytem only.... my students can not stream the DAW as well (without lagging)
I am working on a PC (Windows 10, i9 10 cores 5GHz, 32GB Ram) that has endless power

A colleague has departed, and I've deleted her Zoom account and phone extension. When I call her extension through the IVR, it's still accepting voicemail recordings. The greeting says, "We are sorry there is no one available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone..." How can a caller leave voicemail at a deleted extension? If they did leave voicemail, where would I find it?
