Buenas tardes, estoy registrado en Zoom como usuario gratuito. El otro dia asistiendo a una reunion (clase del niño) a los 40 minutos se me desconectó de la clase. Sin embargo mi mujer en la misma situacion (con el otro niño en clase) no tuvo ningun corte ni nada. Por qué puede ser?

I am hosting a meeting that participants pre-register for. It auto-sends them confirmation with the meeting link, but I want to send a reminder email today with the link easy to click. Where is the meeting link? I only see the register link. Last time, I pre-registered myself, and sent the link from that confirmation email - however, when everyone joined, they all entered under my name and all I could see was "Kimberley Stevens"! Since it was a personal link.

I paid for entreprise for 3 years and I just noticed that my recordings from July 2023 and before are all gone. They were just there a few months ago. All I was told was sorry we can't retrieve those. My entire business meetings, videos, and trainings were on zoom. I didn't back them all up. 

I don't even understand how that's possible. This is unacceptable on all levels. I need someone to tell me where and how to get my stuff back. I didn't even get any kind of compensation or anything. Not that any amount of compensation can replace all the years of my business but "sorry" doesn't cut it. 

Anyone else have this issue?

My microphone in my windows is working with all teleconference programs except zoom. The windows settings show no problem. I tried to choose different options of microphones in the zoom settings but nothing worked. I do not use a headphone but I use the integrated mic in the laptop which works with all other applications and browsers.

Can anyone help solving this problem?

Hi, i record meetings and sometimes don't get a chance to go save them within  2 weeks. when i go to listen (take my minutes) i find them in the trash. 

Is there anyway to stop them from being deleted automatically after X time that it is currently doing?

I just want to keep all the recordings active essentially as it is for a buisness/teaching repetoire.

I am unable to access my recordings as they are corrupt and urgenty need them but they are not stored on the cloud, it said it had downloaded to PC, checked trash, converted names but it has said they need converted in the destination folder which I have done. How can I get them? I have submitted a ticket but was closed straight away as I dont hvae  paid for account. I did my meeting this morning and urgently need to share the recordings.. please help

So I found a way to start meetings after meetings without any waiting time before.

I am an English tutor with 45 to 55 minutes teaching per class and I need to stop the class then take a break for 5 minutes.

But sometimes the zoom asks me to wait for 5 or 10 minutes to start another session. 

So the trick is, when there is a notification that shows that you only have 10 minutes left before the session ends, you need to directly stop the links, then you will avoid the wait time before you start again. But if you continue until 5 minutes left, you will see that you have to wait for 5 minutes (sometimes 10 minutes) to start again, and if you continue until the zoom turned off automatically, you will need to wait for another 10 minutes to start again.
