I work for a charity. We frequently hold meetings where a different person will host the meeting but sign in on the single Zoom account from different devices (the email address and password have been shared by agreement).

However sometimes Zoom detects a sign in from a different device and people are asked for a sign in code. However not everyone who is hosting has access to the email account itself and when they can't always contact the person who has that email account they are unable to host the meeting. In our situation this is not ideal.

Is there a solution to this issue.

Hy. So we are doing this regular "Rap-Freestyle-Sessions" live on zoom, where i start  "Screenshare" for the others and we rap on the beat thats playing on my pc. The problem is that, everytime somebody starts to talk, zoom just turns off the sound from my Screensharing. Anyone any solutions?

I subscribed to upgrade in April.  Last night my zoom reverted to basic.  What do I do.  I tried to phone but needed an id.  I put in my id but their telephone system was recognising my 3 for a 2 so could not get put through.  I tried 3 times same thing.  I have sent a note to sales but they have not got back to me.  Help please - what can I do?

I was sent a form to sign up for a meeting but once I hit the register button, the page doesn't process to move onto the confirmation page. I tried different devices to sign up but nothing seems to work. My wifi isn't the situation. How do I register for a meeting if it doesn't allow me? 

How do I assume control of another person in my meeting's computer?

I have the latest version of Zoom -- the Google Extension version.  I had great trouble trying to download the desktop version of Zoom, so I installed to Google Extension version.

I am creating 100 breakout rooms,
I am having trouble seeing who is in the room or raising their hands on the popup from the 25th room when the Zoom Breakout Room popup is displayed.

Operating environment:
OS: Mac
Zoom version: 5.6.2

I can see who is in the room by clicking the ">" next to the room number,
Because of my work, I would like to be able to see who is in the room and who is raising their hands when I open the breakout room popup.

This is possible on a Windows PC, so I would like to be able to do this on a Mac.
