I use two devices when I am on a meeting. I have my laptop to look and talk into and my iPad to illustrate and teach with. After the new update whenever I hit “share screen” on the iPad it automatically connects to audio and does it again when I stop sharing which sends a screeching noise to my audience. I did not have this problem prior to the latest update and have been unable to find a solution. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it? Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance A LOYAL zoom user lol

We have a number of recurring meetings on 2 different accounts. Recently, I've had to change some meeting times for scheduling convenience. The problem I'm having is that in the listing of all the meetings. The meeting times are listed under the title of the meeting and under each individual meeting. The problem is that while I've successfully changed the times of all the meetings the title still shows the old time. This is confusing for our zoom hosts (there are many) I am unable to paste a screen shot of the problem. So I'll type it out: 5:30 - 6:45 PM The the title of the meeting shows here 4:30 PM Pacific Time - This is the corrected time (US and Canada) Any advise?

I have a user in my company who is having an issue as he has his O365 account synced to his Zoom account. On the Desktop Client he sees some of his Outlook calendar, but not every meeting. Something seems to be off with the sync for whatever reason.
hi. it happens that during a conference, regardless of the time, whether it's the beginning or the end, my computer freezes completely, the connected Bluetooth devices turn off and I see a system error window informing me that the zoom application is not responding. I can either close app or wait. The same thing happens while I share the screen. Because of this, it becomes impossible to hold conferences, i need to wait for some time until it is start working again and then reconnect the Bluetooth devices. The same thing happens if I listen sound through speakers or wired headphones. It doesn't just happen to me, but also my other friends. Lags are observed on windows 10 and 11 latest versions. I updated the drivers, rebooted the PC, reinstalled zoom, did cleaning, ran around the campfire with a tambourine, etc. all that is possible and all in vain, nothing helps. I am writing this hoping that the developers will see the message and fix what they have broken with new updates and features. There is no stability in recent months.

I am the admin of several FB groups and I enabled Zoom in them. I turned on the Livestreaming option in Zoom but only one of my group is showing in the drop down list. how can I fix this?
Last couple of days my clients have been complaining about loud static from my microphone during zoom meetings. This is intermittent, session starts ok, then a few minutes into it, they complain that things are getting noisy, then it becomes intolerable. This is from a Logitech wired USB headset. Thought the microphone was bad so ordered a new headset, but now clients have been telling me the old Logitech headset I temporarily swapped in to replace it, a different model altogether, is also noisy in the same way. I can't hear the distortion, only they can. If I switch to the laptop microphone it's ok, so that's what I've been doing. Rebooting the laptop doesn't fix this. This has never happened before, have been using Zoom for years, many hours a week on zoom as I have an online therapy practice. laptop is HP Windows 11, with logitech headsets all that time never giving me a single problem ever. My whole business is on Zoom, so I need to solve this problem. Can use laptop microphone temporarily but prefer the superior sound quality of the logitech headsets. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi All, First off, I don't find a post "Location" that makes sense for this post out of the choices available. I think there's an assumption that everyone is familiar with the myriad services Zoom provides, and I just use Zoom for meetings, thus the location choice, "Meetings". That's the most general choice, as the others are so specific yet unrelated to my post. I don't see any location regarding hardware issues or webcam issues. If someone can tell me where to better post this, I'd appreciate it. Now, the reason I'm posting. A few weeks ago and for months before that, I was able to successfully connect my camcorder to my MacBook Air via an HDMI cable from the camera into a small, cheap HDMI-to-USB adaptor, which was then plugged into the USB port on the MacBook. I could choose "USB Video" or something like that as the camera on Zoom, and the video from the camcorder became my webcam for Zoom calls. However, since installing the latest Zoom updates, I can no longer get video signal in the above set up to work on Zoom. All I see is color bars when I choose "USB video" or "USB Camera" as Camera on Zoom Video Settings. Frustrating. Was this intentional on Zoom's part to disable USB connectivity with HDMI camcorders? If not, will this be fixed? If not, what is required with the new update to use a camcorder as a USB connected webcam, please? Many thanks, Tim

Sometimes it takes very long time before my Zoom Cloud Recordings show up in Panopto. In one case it took six days, and in the mean time I couldn't find out if my recording was lost or what was happening. How can I see what is going on when I am waiting for my recording?
