Number of meetings on one account with licensed alternative hosts

We're and educational institution. We originally had different meetings for different classes all running simultaneously, hosted on each individual's zoom account. However, when you have more than a handful, it gets real complicated to find each meeting without a reference sheet.

We decided to use the "alternative host" function, so we would have 1 account which hosted all of the meetings, and then assign each class their teacher, using the alternative host function. Each alternative host has their own zoom license. This way, we could see all the zoom meetings running in one place.

We tested this, but we seemed to be blocked at 3 simultaneous meetings on one account, regardless of the alternative host. The alternative hosts seemed to get kicked out of meetings once we went over this.

Is there a limit to the number of meetings that can be active on one account, if each one has their own alternative host?

Authentication code

Just tried to run my weekly class and even though Authentication code is switched off I was required to sign in with code because ZOOM thought I was using a different device which was not the case. I couldnt sign in because it took over 45 minutes for the code to be received by email by which time it had timed out and the class members had given up waiting. All the chat bot suggestions required sign in , which was impossible. Very frustrating and unable to get any help with this issue. Why did ZOOM make me sign in this way out of the blue, and how might I prevent this happening again? It is very unprofessional to let participants down in this way

I previously subscribed to a Pro plan, and I canceled the subscription this month. My account has now reverted to a basic account. However, I noticed that all the Cloud recordings I had previously are gone. Is there any way to recover these files?

I was recently asked to join zoom for the purposes of having a zoom CHAT (text) interview and I am now certain it was fraudulent.  I have been looking all over this website for a contact option to report the incident and have had no luck so I am using this outlet hoping to get some advice about how to reach ZOOM specifically to provide additional information.

Is there a way for me to retrieve a recording from a deleted meeting session? Unfortunately, I do not have Cloud service so the only way for me is the local file recorded directly in my computer. However, i just lately learned that I accidentally deleted the meeting including the recordings and now I try to find a way to retrieve it. I managed to retrieve the meeting but there is no recording to retrieve. 

 

If I buy the Cloud Service now, is it possible that it is recorded there and will I be able to retrieve it?

Hi, does anyone have experinece successfully setting up QoS with the windows client for zoom. I tried this based on the article below, including:

- enabled DCSP marking in the account settings

- installed the msi using the "EnabledIndependentDataPort=1" parameter

- created GPO Policy for both zoom audio and zoom video

Using QoS DSCP Marking – Zoom Support

However after I do this I get an error when trying to sign in to zoom. see screen shot

Every time I join to a zoom meeting, I always get a message error

"Unable to launch zoom meeting. When possible, please restart your computer and try again".

It happen since last week till today. I have reinstalled my zoom app twice and then restart my laptop, but it still happen. I have a chat with an agent zoom in zoom website and he suggests me to connect to Zoom Support team.

Please help me to fix this error.
