I've had two ZOOM meetings.  The first one had sound/speakers, but the second one did not have sound from me.  I could hear host.  I have windows 10 and under Settings there is nothing to click for Audio/Speaker settings.  Shows I'm connected through computer??   I tried unmuting a speaker on screen during the ZOOM session but did not work.  What am I missing? On my Mac, I've had no trouble uploading and using virtual backgrounds for my video calls on Xoom. It's a fantastic feature that adds a touch of professionalism and creativity to my meetings. However, when I attempted to do the same on my Android device, I hit a roadblock. The option to upload a virtual background simply isn't available.

Now, I'm left wondering if this disparity in functionality might be due to my free user status on Xoom. Could it be that paid users have the benefit of using virtual backgrounds on Android, while free users are limited to the Mac platform?

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has some insights into this matter, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. It's possible that there's a workaround or specific settings I need to adjust, and I'm eager to make the most of this feature on all my devices.

We have regularly scheduled meetings in Zoom. There we want to track whether the participants were present. For this purpose, we use the names with which the participants gave us initially - e.g. "Dale Cooper". If the participants also enter the same name when starting the meeting, everything works. However, as soon as a participant specifies a different name, it no longer works - e.g. "Dale B. Cooper".

Is there a way to make the tracking work successfully even then? By the way, the meetings are public and registration for Zoom is not necessary.

Does Zoom for Intune requires a Zoom admin account?

Currently trying to set it up but appear to run into an issue when users log in.

Setup: Android BYOD devices with work profile setup via Intune app, logging into zoom via Microsoft account (no other option present).

Enterprise app is setup and global consent granted. 

Any thoughts?

If the host send the the invite link to us, when user click the link, they will join the meeting using last used name or account name

But some time the host assigned name e.g. “Tenderer C” as our display name and do not disclose your identity during the meeting.

When I click the invite link is no way to change the name, It is recommended that user can change the name  in the waiting room

Hi all!

I am an interpreter and have been using Zoom since Covid. It usually works seamlessly (much better than Teams!). However, recently we haven't been receiving the automated message from Zoom from the meeting host "XXX has invited you to be an interpreter for XXX and XXX".

It works with all other e-mail addresses (I've tried other people in the office), but not our main e-mail - the Zoom account. 

Has anyone else experienced this - any suggestions?? I've asked out IT company to check incoming e-mails when I set-up a Zoom meeting but they can't see anything being blocked by the Spam folder or incoming mail server.
