First of all, I'd like to ask Zoom to please stop making changes to the interface. It's such an unpleasant surprise!

Today, with the new update, I have been forced to waste time having to add the meeting topic, date and time to each meeting invitation text I have mailed my clients. 

How is removing that information from the invitation useful for your users?

This makes absolutely no sense, to the point where I have now had to spend more of my time looking for a way to let Zoom know how BAD this latest update is. You have gone out of your way to spend money paying staff just so you could provide a worst service?

 

I need to be able to copy the meeting invitation with all pertaining information like time and topic !

Please fix this issue.

Copying an Invitation has changed

I just created a Zoom meeting and copied it to paste into an email but now the invitation does not show the name of the meeting, date or time, just the code and password.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

In the new verson Zoom software , When I sent the invite, there is no meeting information (Date, time, topic ) this is no good, the other people is very confus !!!

the old verson software had this info (Date, time, meeting topic)

Audio settings keep changing when plugging laptop into dock

I just want my Zoom audio settings to stay on System Audio and not change. However, whenever I plug my laptop into a dock, the dock takes over as Zoom audio, and I have to go back into settings and change it back to System Audio. Can anybody explain ... Show more

Hello everyone,

My boss is looking for a method to filter Zoom recordings where he was present, even though he wasn't the one initiating the meetings; rather, he was invited to attend them. Since he's invited to numerous meetings and may or may not attend all of them, it's become quite challenging to identify the specific recordings he's in.

If anyone is aware of a way to apply such a filter, it would be greatly appreciated. We currently have over 500 recordings, and manually sifting through each one is not a feasible option. Thank you!

I have literally tried everything, install/reinstall, even factory reset of my laptop (Macbook Air M1 chip). Does anyone have this problem?
