No Camera/Blank Screen
All of a sudden my camera stopped working yesterday. All I get is a black blank screen. I work a hybrid schedule so using the camera feature is essential. Please help!

hi I am a simultaneous interpreter and I often host meetings myself. One of the issues that comes up regularly is when one of my colleagues is on the wrong channel, that is they are broadcasting their interpretation say on the English channel because they forgot to switch back to German. Trying to get their attention is often impossible. It would be a great improvement if the host had the possibility of switching an interpreter's channel to correct the mistake. Any likelihood of something being done? Another point is that to listen to your booth mate you have to switch to another outgoing channel before you can listen to your own booth. That needs to be corrected to and is one of the reasons why interpreters often forget to switch back to the correct channel.

This is causing problems with people joining. Why is it automating two location
The Zoom.exe does not start anymore on server 2016 since update to 5.16.6.24712. The task appears for a short moment in task-manager and terminates right away. There is no error and no log in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom
Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

When I finsih a meeting which has been recorded and when the recording is about to convert I get this message "Files from unknown sources". This didn´t happen before. I wonder why I get this message now. I don´t know if it is related to this, but once I download the video recording, only a few of the cameras of the participants in the meeting are shown and the rest of the scree is black. Thanks for your help in advance.

I have a visually impaired participant who can't see buttons on her screen. When we have breakout rooms, she gets left in the main room because she can't click the button to 'join' the room. How can I, as host, push her into the room? Thank you for any help!

My zoom program needs an update in order to join the meetings I have scheduled. It says I need version 5.14.11 and I have version 5.10.4. After running the update while Windows is configuring Zoom64bit , I receive a message that says: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again (which doesn't work) or entar an alternate path to a foler containg the installation package 'ZoomInstallerFull.msi' in the box below. Use souce: C;\\WINDOWS\TEMP\chocolatey\zoom\5.10.3.4851. I can not install the update or even uninstall the program. Do you have any suggestions about how I can do this? No point in paying for Zoom if I can't use it.

I would like to share instructions with my project participants for how to get to screen share on Zoom with a screen reader on their mobile device. Are there instructions available for this? I haven't been able to find any resources beyond an article on screen reader alerts. Thank you!
