I've only noticed that the sound I play through OBS to Zoom fades after a few seconds even though Original Sound for is turned 'on' is there a fix for this? I've tried to use the background suppress 'low' as an alternative but that isn't any better. Thanks

I have google slides with short audio clips for a game to present. Audio is not coming thru. help I can hear it fine on my side but when I screen share they can not hear the audio clips

Is it possible to always prevent the Zoom app from recording the name? Also, is it possible to clear the stored names?

Very recently the annotation bar has changed. It is no longer horizontal but is now vertical. It also has several additional buttons. I have played with all the the new things but would like to know where I can go to read about them or get more detailed information. Love the extra colors available but sometimes it is difficult to change from one color to another. Would apprciate any detailed information. Thank you

I have a client with a Chromebook with a Celeron N4020 and 4GB of RAM. He appears to be limited to six people in gallery view. Is that a setting on his part, or is that a limitation of the CPU/RAM? Is there a list of system requirements and limitations somewhere? Everything I find in the knowledgebase is quite vague. Thanks!

Hi, I have been using Active Host Reports for 2 years to track meeting attendance. The last report I ran was 4/30/23. When I went to follow the same steps today and generate a detail report, after reviewing it, a large number of the participants are not showing. For example, it will show 8 participants as the count in the meeting and then only 2 names, one being the host name. I was running it for all of May 2023, which I have run twice, and I also tried just running it for 2 weeks with the same result. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there another way around it? @Bri Is this something you can help me with?
