My laptop computer has tried to download Outlook plugin 5.17.0.978.0 unsuccessfully. How do I get my computer to remove the attempt or to install it successfully? I did get their "How to access the meeting schedule email template. it did direct me to start with signing with Zoom web portal, which I did. Than to find the navigation menu and click Advanced than Branding. I didn't see any navigation menu to click Advanced. Can anybody help me with this unsuccessful attempt?

The computer equipment I am currently using is: MACBOOK AIR has an external conference camera with a lens of epos s6 When using FaceTime, the s6 conference camera can become the default lens, but as long as the zoom meeting is used It can't become a default camera. You have to unplug the default camera of s6 and reconnect it to connect smoothly. I hope that partners with similar experience can provide assistance. At present, there are tried solutions as: Reinstall zoom and update to the latest Video lens epos s6 has also been updated to the latest version.

Hello, I have been googling and searching this and no one has an answer. I have an NEXIGO camera. Auto frame is off for the camera settings itself. This does not happen in OBS, camera, skype, or anything else. ONLY in Zoom. I want to know how to turn off auto frame. It happens on every device. I'm sick of Zoom mods saying it's the camera when It's obviously in Zoom. I'm not sure how to turn this off. I have acting classes and keep getting yelled at for it moving. Please tell me how to turn it off.

I have enabled waiting room from the web portal, but under it there is no option to customize waiting room. Can someone tell me why?
Hello, I hope someone can help me; in the past I had Zoom Webinar 100 and as you know it went away. I now have Zoom Meeting 100, but my problem is that I do paid registrations for my webinars. Whereas before I could easily use the Zoom integration with paid registration, now I can't and was forced to go to Eventbrite, which takes a large percentage of each ticket sale. Is there any way around this? It seems like Zoom has just kicked out small businesses like mine, who cannot support 500 attendees. Has anyone else had this problem? Will going up to Zoom Meeting Business fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your insight, since it seems I can't contact Zoom and ask this this directly. Robyn

I have noticed that I regularly have files missing when I use the Google Drive option for Share Content in Zoom iOS (I am using it on iPad). First off, when I click the Google Drive option for Share content, it asks me to connect to Google Drive on the Safari iOS app, and opens Google Drive from there, rather than opening the Google Drive iOS app directly. However, when I open my Google Drive (either on the iOS app or via desktop / desktop website), the files are intact. Sometimes, I workaround this by deleting the files from Google Drive (iOS app / desktop browser) and then reupload, then close Safari iOS and click Share Content again. However, this does not always work. I am looking for a permanent solution to this issue.

Here's what happened. 1. I started a meeting. Hit Record. Guest confirmed/approved recording. 2. Realized I was still set to Gallery Mode so I ended the recording. Re-set to Speaker and started again. 3. The other User confirmed the recording again. 4. Post-meeting (39 minutes later) only the first bit of the meeting (the incorrect Gallery View portion) is available. I have no idea what I did wrong. I've searched for the file. Nothing. It's not in the folder. It's nowhere. I've researched a long while and can't find any info that's simply explained. If I started a meeting, hit Record, then stopped Recording and started again, does that make the second recording not save? The same thing has happened twice on two different dates. Is there any way at all to find a meeting you recorded that isn't showing up anywhere? Even after a restart? Thanks so much for any info you can share.
