I got a 4070 Ti recently and after I got the new card, whenever I screen share or have someone else screen share, my second monitor starts to flicker to black for a couple of seconds, come back online, then go back to black. If I don't have any windows open on the second screen it stops flickering. Sometimes the problem also persists after I restart my computer and I have to change my resolution in my Nvidia settings to native (1920x1080) and I have to change the refresh rate from 144hz to 120hz. I have no idea what is happening, but it happened again as I was writing this post, and it ruins my whole second monitor.

I tried to share my desktop during a small meeting today and a white window popped up. Nothing else. I have a iMac laptop and the OS is up to date. I deleted the Zoom desktop app and reinstalled. My meeting host shared the meeting link again, and I still got the while blank window. Others in the meeting are able to share their desktops. Mac support assisted in checking privacy setting and they ado not block sharing screen. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix this problem? I am on a basic free plan.

This error has just appeared. It has been working just fine up to now. Only zoom is complaining. My wife has the same issue on her android phone connected via the same Wifi. Both my wifes and my laptop are connect to the same Wifi without any issue with Zoom. This confirms the issue is only with the Android version.

I have tried restarting my phone, and checked that zoom is the latest version. I have cleared the Zoom Cache. As suggested elsewhere, tried a SpeedTest, which returned 500Mb/s download and 100Mb/s upload, so this is not an issue.

Why would zoom simultaneously fail on 2 android devices, but not on 2 Windows platforms? This strongly suggests a serious bug in the android version.

Hello, I have problems with Zoom accounts and app on Android.

I gain notification "Unstable network, tap to reconnect" (All my relatives have this notification too). I decided to delate cache and data in phone settings and reinstall Zoom. After reinstalling problem was solved until I exited the application.

So when I reinstalled it again and had to log into my account, an error occurred. I received notification "Login failed. Failed to connect to Zoom".

Instead, I started entering the details of the second account and everything was fine until I was asked to enter a code from the mail.  The first time I got it. However, he did not work. I received a notification that it has expired. Then I clicked on the button to be sent another code, but it did not arrive in my mailbox.

I reinstalled Zoom a third time. I started to enter the data of the second account and the message about failed login appeared on this account: "Login failed. Failed to connect to Zoom".

Error codes: Don't have

Device type: OS Android of different versions

Zoom version: 5.16.6 (17128)

Location: Ukraine

I'm pretty sure the microphone is OK. Any ideas? (Windows 10, HP Envy laptop)

"Your admin has required that you use a virtual background, but you have disabled "Virtual Background"

I have tried many ways.

1. I have enabled Virtual Backgrounds

4. I have logged out and back in.

But alas, no cigar. Very very frustrated. TIA for any help. Super grateful

Hello,

I just had an external partner reach out to me to inform us they are removing Zoom from their environment due to OpenSLL 3.1.1 being a High-Risk vulnerability (CVE-2023-4807). I see in the security bulletin that Zoom moved from OpenSSL 1.1.1 in October for this very reason but now 3.1.1 which is the current is vulnerable, but I am unable to find anything on Zoom forums about this being known or worked on. Is this something that is urgently being patched?
