Hi. I recorded an interview on zoom. The notification sounded to say recording had commenced at the beginning of the interview and also to say that recording had stopped at the end. But I can’t find the file on either my computer or my zoom profile… can anyone help?

When I play a Zoom video it always stops at about 5 minutes and I have no choice but to leave Zoom. I get this error message "We couldn't open video10022179144 as we can't get to your OneDrive storage right now. Check you internat connection, then try again" I know that my internet was connected the whole time, so that is not the problem. However, my OneDrive is filled to 90% capacity. So, could that be the resons for this problem? And why does the video have to go to OneDrive anyway? What changes can I make to it won't have to go to OneDrive, or if it has to go to another cloud serice, to which one?

Hi there. I've been having an issue with Zoom Rooms that has me exceptionally frustrated: Our educational organisation has 3 Zoom Rooms set up in separate classrooms, all powered by M1 MacMinis. I have the Zoom Rooms app installed on each of the Mac Minis and the Zoom Room Controller on the iPads in each room. Our setup has worked wonderfully for the past few years with no major problems. I keep both the Zoom Rooms app on the Mac Minis and the Zoom Rooms Controller on the iPads in each room updated with the latest versions of the software. We have large Samsung monitors on the wall of each room. At the end of the day, after classes in each room have finished, we have been clicking the "Exit" button on the lower left hand corner of the Zoom Rooms App on the Mac Minis to exit the Zoom Rooms app and return to the Mac desktop. Since upgrading to the new MacOS Sonoma v 14 (i currently have v 14.1 installed) the "Exit" button in the lower left corner no longer works and I can no longer access the Mac Desktop at all. The only way to "Sleep" the mac mini is to press the on-off button on the MacMini itself, which brings up the Mac dialogue box where I can select either "shut down," "sleep" or "restart". I select sleep, which puts the MacMini to sleep. And when I start the machines again the next morning, the Mac, when woken from sleep, only takes me back to the Zoom Rooms Controller, where the Exit button no longer works! IT's an endless loop and I can no longer gain access to the Mac OS desktop for updating software or doing anything else on the Mac. Zoom Rooms has essentially locked me out of being able to access the Mac desktop at all, since the Exit button in the Zoom Rooms app stopped working. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?? Please help!! todd

Hi all,
today we had a meeting and a lot of questions are entered in the chat.
Finally, no one had exported / saved the chat .
Is there a chance to access the chat afterwards and make an export later on?
I invited someone to be the panelist and I would like to invite her as the alternative host. But when I put her email in, the system says: "Unable to assign "xxxxxx" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time"

Is it possible to somehow detect third party screen recording of the zoom meeting?
I’m having trouble with zoom where the video freezes but my internet connection is stable and the audio is clear. I’m using MacBook Pro M1 macOS Monterey ver. 12.3 and zoom app ver. 5.10.1 I’m not sure what the problem is because when I try using zoom in another MacBook laptop with the same wifi, the video doesn’t lag. The only difference is the other MacBook is running on intel. Could that be the problem with mine? Because mine is M1? If so, I need an update for this issue. Please help. Thank you

When you share your screen, the meeting controls can split off from the meeting content (which is basically your own shared screen). which is convenient so the other participants don't see your controls. I would like to split off the controls when NOT sharing. Scenario is that I am the participant in a conference room with multiple people while also managing the meeting for multiple remote participants. I am using miracast (but could be HDMI wired etc.) to send a split screen to the conference room tv. I would like to put the meeting contents (other participants or another user's shared screen) on one monitor while keeping the meeting controls (admit/chat/mute etc.) on my local screen. I am assuming this is a feature request, but figured I would ask here. Thanks
