I have turned the livestream settings ON in the account settings but the user in my list show that I can’t go live because the settings is not enable. Then I have to turn off and on it back to start livestream

Sharing music or video by Computer-Audio stops my communication. I can't hear my group. To hear paticipants the only way is to change input option to loudspeakers. But then the group doesn't hear or watch what I wanted to share. Help would be very welcome. 😉

I am lost in the maze of information whereas what I want to achieve is a rather simple task. I want to shorten the invitation link I send to my students, just the link instead of lines and lines of useless information. I saw recently just a box one can click on that says join zoom meeting hd. How do I create it? I’m not technically challenged but the information I found on here and online seem daunting. So I would really appreciate your feedback.

Hi, We've had a big event just recently and I Assigned the Host user with Large Meeting 1000 participants, i was surprised to see in the dashboard the participants doubled the participant count than the license, can someone check/give light how it got more than that of its limit in the user host profile 1000, the dashboard past meeting show 2100+ participants? 🙂 Thanks in Advance, VicRV

hi Guys in Germany we have crazy laws when it comes to PI. I would like to know how i can hide the attendees List, names and profile pictures on the recording? I need to know to oblige german law and protect PI of each attendee as i want to provide the recording to others that missed the session. Can you please show me? that must be possible. KR Anja

Dear Community, We are facing some weird issues with Zoom. The laptop (Asus Zenbook) is latest 2023 purchase, preloaded with Windows 11 Home 64bit. Fully updated OS and Apps. Here’s what user has faced many times. “Yesterday, I could not complete my Zoom call due to sound glitches (others could not hear me though I could hear them). I then uninstalled Zoom today morning (and the Outlook Zoom Plug In) and reinstalled after a fresh download. Unfortunately, in a subsequent Zoom call, the same problem was there (the person on the other side could not hear me, while I could hear her clearly). We then shifted to MS Teams and there was no problem at all in the 60 minutes of call time.” Will highly appreciate someone helping here.

There's a recurring zoom meeting that I try to join everyday at 7:30am and every time I try to join it says "waiting for host to start meeting" but they have. Funny enough they use the same link for another meeting at 930am and I am able to access that one with no problems.
I talk to the hosts outside of zoom and they run the 7:30am meeting everyday and haven't missed in years so I know that the meeting is being conducted.
I login and log out, restart the client, try to use the web browser version instead and nothing is working.

Hi - any help welcome. Impossible to find out how to talk to Zoom & get value for my subscription. I run online fitness classes. Get message that I need to update software & should talk to my IT admin (ha ha ha - me I suppose - but I certainly don't know). Have tried to download the software again - many times - but can't. All I can do is join the browser - which reverses the camera view (not good for PE demo) and won't allow me to screen share both computer audio (for music) and microphone (for voice). Not very clever. My class participants all seem to have just had to click something to update their software to join my class - but as a paying customer of zoom - I'm not overly impressed by the way I'm being marginalised. Any suggestions very welcome - or do folk find that MS Teams is a better & cheaper product for taking classes & sharing sound? Help!

Today I was holding a yoga class but my students couldn't hear me or the music. I tried changing every setting in Zoom and double checked my microphone and audio interface but to no avail. I use an ethernet cable, so there were no Wifi issues. I checked the recording but there was nothing wrong with the sound or music, so the problems were only experienced by the recipients. On 2nd July connectivity was dropped in the middle of a class. This happened to all of us. I have a paid Pro plan, which means I cannot raise a ticket or phone customer services. Additionally I cannot find anywhere on the website where I can make a complaint about the above in retrospect...only information about leaving feedback at the end of a meeting while still in the meeting. Can anyone please help. Mac IOS 10.13.6
