Buenas noches hace ya varios meses tengo el problema de que el audio se distorsiona y los integrantes del zoom me dicen que se me escucha como "robotizada". Ya he corroborado con la garantia de la computadora y el microfono y audio funciona bien. Tambien he corroborado con la empresa de internet y no hay problemas en ello.

Quedo atenta y a la espera de una respuesta.

We have a account that has a Pro License attached. This account can have an open meeting for hours without any problem, but if someone joins the meeting, then leaves, and the Pro License Host is the only person left, the meeting will time out after 40 minutes. This defeats the purpose of the Pro License for our needs. How do we stop this?

 

We have already verified that the account in question has the license attached to it.

I need to record myself while I am using ASL.  No other participants have their video on.  There is an interpreter that is speaking.  The recording is either on the black screen of the interpreter where the voice is coming from, or if I record myself using ASL without an interpreter, I get a black screen again.  Is there a way to record myself when I am not speaking?

zoom share screen: when I am in meetings I can not share my screen, why is this?

When I scedule meetings from the meeting on the side of my desk top and I attend meeting.  I can not share any documents or share screen as it says I am unable to share screen

I installed the Zoom Skype for Business (Lync) Plugin. However, when I get a call from someone on Zoom, I see "Available" instead of "In a Zoom Meeting" in the Skype app. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Zoom version: 5.16.10(latest)
Zoom Skype for Plugin version: 5.13.10(latest)

User Can't Hear All Participants

I have one specific person that can't hear two other (specific) people. He can hear everyone else, just not those two. The rest of us can all hear those two fine.

 

That user has confirmed that Windows, all audio drivers and Zoom are all updated. The issue is also sporadic with the users they can't hear.

 

Having him ask the users that he can't hear to confirm Zoom is updated.

 

Any other thoughts?

After a recent update my zoom keeps opening itself when meetings start. Looking online there's supposed to be a setting called "Automatic start scheduled meetings" that I can switch off. I believe it's supposed to be on the "meetins" tab, but it doesn't appear to be in my settings. How can I find it, or is there another way to stop zoom windows opening by themselves?
