no sound

There is no sound when starting a conference. There is no sound on the standard laptop speakers, connected headphones or speakers.I reinstalled Zoom, selected older versions. This did not work.Operating system Windows 11.

Create shortcut for 'Use dual monitors'

Please provide a shortcut option to toggle between dual monitor mode and the normal mode.

I can share the screen my it starts, then my Home Screen shares but then it stops on that screen.

 

i am changing screens but those aren’t shared.

 

i re started the zoom app, restarted my iPad……nothing helped

 

 

anybody have an idea

I want to disable these emails but can't find a way to do so. I then read someone else's forum post here that had the same issue and I thought well I'm just going to delete my account... which I followed the Zoom instructions to do so however are not accurate: I can not locate how to delete my account - so I'm back to square one.

I'd just like the emails disabled (as mentioned in the subject line).

Is there any help from anyone... it is very frustrating this entire Zoom, non help sphere!

Hi! I am a private tutor who has been working on Zoom for 3 years. We work on verbal and written receptive and expressive language skills, so writing main ideas and word summaries are a critical piece of the work I do with my students with expressive language issues. I have always been able to open a word document and share the screen with my student and work on and edit paragraphs together. I currently have a student who, even after I give her remote control, cannot type on the word document I have open on her Mac laptop. We have issues on the whiteboard as well, she cannot click her mouse on the tools and use the mairkers as all my other students can. Are there some sort of permissions her parents need to set up in Zoom? Like I said, this is not an issue I have with any other students, either on PCs or Macs--it is specific to this client. HAAAALP!!! She needs to be able to write during out sessions!!!

Zoom Settings page (not the app) freezes when clicking on Video or Background & Filter tabs

So when I open up my Win10 Zoom app and go into my account and go into Settings, the Settings page freezes when I click on either the Video or the Background & Filter tabs. It does not freeze using and of the other tabs.Because it's froze, I have to ... Show more
So when I open up my Win10 Zoom app and go into my account and go into Settings, the Settings page freezes when I click on either the Video or the Background & Filter tabs.  It does not freeze using and of the other tabs.

Because it's froze, I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete so that I can close the Settings page with Task Manager.  The Zoom app itself is not frozen, just the Settings page and that only freezes if I click on the Video or Background & Filters tabs. 

I have UNinstalled with the Windows Uninstaller and with the REVO uninstaller and reinstalled both times.  I was just getting ready to do REVO again when I noticed something.  REVO says I have a 64-bit Zoom version (v. 5.7.7  1105) whereas the Task Manager has indicated that I have a 32-bit Zoom version.  Any suggestions?

Screen Sharing

If I try to share the screen on my tablet, there is only a black screen saying that I'm trying to share my screen. This only happens when I try to share my whole screen, I can share documents etc.

I have a new laptop and want to set up Zoom meetings synching with my Outlook. I see more than one option to download. Can someone recommend the right download?

 

Saw a disclaimer that the add-in can modify my messages and share them with a third party. That doesn't feel comfortable. Is that necessary when using an add-in or widget?
