I updated my Zoom app. Now there is no option to apply filters (the button is there but there are no options listed) except to blur the background. How do I add the filters back in?

Is it possible to have a view that's gallery but that automatically changes to speaker when a Zoom participant speaks? In our church, we log into Zoom via a PC and then connect the PC to a large TV via HDMI. When no one on Zoom is speaking, we have gallery view so people can see Zoom participants. But when someone on Zoom speaks, we'd like the view to automatically go to speaker view. At present, someone manually switches the views back and forth. It would be helpful if Zoom automatically switched.

Hello Zoom Community, I hope this message finds you well. I am a web developer working on a project that involves both authorizing Zoom meeting attendees through a custom registration process and tracking attendance during and after the meeting. I am seeking guidance from the community on how to effectively implement these features in conjunction with Zoom's capabilities. Problem Description: In our project, we have the following objectives: Authorize Attendees: We want to ensure that only registered and authorized attendees can join specific Zoom meetings. We're exploring options to implement this custom authorization process. Track Attendance: We also aim to track attendance during and after the meeting to gather insights about who participated. Current Solution Considerations: We are considering the following solutions: Custom Authentication and URL Generation: We're evaluating the option of building a custom authentication system on our website. After registration, attendees would receive an authentication token appended to the Zoom meeting URL. This token would grant access to the meeting. However, we're unsure about how to efficiently track attendance using this method. Utilizing Zoom's Built-in Registration: We're also considering using Zoom's built-in registration system. Attendees would register directly on Zoom's platform, and Zoom would handle authentication. Additionally, this might simplify attendance tracking, but we need to ensure the accuracy and ease of extracting attendance data. Questions for the Community: We kindly ask for advice from the experienced members of the Zoom community: Attendance Tracking: How can we effectively track attendance during and after the meeting, regardless of the authorization method we choose? Are there Zoom features or third-party integrations that can help us achieve this? Integration and Reporting: What tools or techniques can we use to easily gather attendance data after the meeting? We would like to have a record of who attended and for how long. Combining Authorization and Tracking: How can we seamlessly integrate the authorization process with the attendance tracking? Is it possible to leverage both custom authorization and Zoom's built-in registration system while maintaining a smooth user experience? Security and Data Privacy: What are the best practices to ensure the security and privacy of attendee data while implementing these features? APIs and Integrations: Are there any APIs or third-party integrations that would simplify the process of both authorization and attendance tracking? We deeply appreciate your expertise and insights into these challenges. Your guidance will greatly assist us in designing an effective and user-friendly solution. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I'm facing an interesting conundrum and I'm hoping some of you tech-savvy folks can offer your insights. Recently, I installed Zoom meetings on my laptop. It was all fine and dandy at the beginning, but after about a few hours into the meeting, my laptop's fan started whirring – louder than my usually serene ceiling fan This cacophony not only disrupted communication but also made me feel like I was sharing office space with an airplane. I resorted to using headphones to salvage the situation, but it was less than ideal. Now, here's where I'm scratching my head: Is this a laptop issue or a Zoom app? My friend, who happens to have a premium Zoom account, never seemed to have this problem during our company meetings. Could it be that the Zoom app is gobbling up more resources than my games? If any of you kind souls have faced a similar racket from your laptop fans during Zoom sessions or have some knowledge to drop, I'm all ears (and trying to keep my laptop from sounding like a jet engine). Your insights and wisdom would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for helping me restore some peace to my virtual meetings.

Will a user's screen stop sharing during a live meeting if screen sharing is disabled by the administrator during the meeting by switching the toggle from enable to disable in the account settings during the meeting?
First, I do not have a regular paid account. I am on the Zoom "list" as I was a school teacher teaching on Zoom during Covid. I do still use Zoom as a participant. When I either want to do a Zoom Test or when I want to go to someone else's meeting, it says: Update Required. You must update to the latest version.... Then I click Join From Browser, and then asks for the Meeting Passcode ...even for just a Test. This just started a few days ago. ??
