We currently have Zoom One Pro at work. In my previous jobs the zoom meetings had an audio option where zoom would call my cell phone to connect to the meeting. I'm not seeing that as an option on my account and I'm set up as an admin. Does anyone know which plan allows you to add the "CALL ME" feature when starting a zoom meeting?

I want to disable gesture recognition. I tried following online guidelines for turning this feature off, but none of the menus I am directed to go to lead to a toggle for this feature. I have also tried searching other menus myself. I’ve tried on Safari and on the zoom app. I have screenshots that show what I can see, but I don’t see any option to upload images. I have updated my iOS app and the zoom app. I really don’t want zoom tracking my gestures and making these things on the screen, I never have my permission for that.

I’ve been having issues with microphone connection on zoom and wonder if anyone else experienced that and how they fixed it. 

When I connect to a meeting zoom connects to my microphone automatically, when I unmute myself the microphone sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. What also happens is my microphone might be working no problem in the main room and then once moved to a break out room it stops working, and I might need to switch between microphones to be heard again. So going from ‘same as system’ to ‘microphone array’ and then between those again to make it work again. 

I’ve updated the app multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried logging in through the app and web and it’s still seems to be happening. However, the issue doesn’t happen on any other apps like teams or other video call platforms.

I use a lot the live survey/quiz function. 

Since some time, the survey access button is hiding in the plus menu when sharing the screen, which double the access time (2 more clicks to go there). It could depend on my screen size (13 inches, macbookpro)

Is there any way to fix this button in a visible way? I have those useless "synthesis" and "AI companion" in the middle of everything, although I don't use them, but not very useful live survey button.

There minimal configuration chooses in the user account, but nothing to solve this.

My zoom camera is no longer "on" when I join a meeting. I've checked the settings and the box "turn off camera when joining a meeting" is NOT checked. Can anyone tell me how to get my camera to automatically turn on when joining a meeting?

In November I had some meetings as a host.

Now I want to see how many hours it took and tried to check "Meeting > Past Meeting" with the certain period, only to find the display says "there was no meeting".

How can I know the duration of the past meeting?
