I'd like to have only a waiting room for my personal meeting room--not just for instant meetings but for all scheduled meetings.  While the policies state I need to have only one of these, I'm unable to uncheck the box requiring a passcode.  Can someone offer some advice? Can't seem to get this question answered by the bot and don't see a way to get a live person to respond from zoom

When I am sharing a screen, If I can see the floating meeting controls and the video panel, those items block part of the screen I am trying to share, like part of a powerpoint slide.  Is there a way I can share a screen with the floating meeting controls and the video panel visible on my screen but not have them block part of the shared screen the participants see?

I host a podcast of interviews conducted via Zoom. At the beginning of each, I have to take the time to talk the guests through adjusting their audio settings. Is there a way for the host to do it? If not, it would be a great tool for Zoom to develop and a major time-saver.

Since Customer Service appears non existent and you are just told to come here - I recently wrote an email asking if there was a Zoom base in Australia where I live as the invites to meetings contain line after line of USA based numbers which is not required here in Aus and I would prefer them not appear in the invite?

I have the Zoom Add-in for Outlook. When I create a recurring meeting there is no issue. However, if I try to go back and edit a single instance of this recurring meeting whether it is changing the day/time or removing/adding participants, the program will either not save or throw an error.

Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have insight on a potential solution?

Company has currently authorized the @ZoomMusic app. I can hear the music, but I can only hear occasional guitar strums or random drum beats when I share the audio with my computer. I have followed all of the steps to adjust to live music and share sound in the sharing screen, and no luck.  I am also running the latest version of Zoom as of 11/16/2023 and Mac Sonoma.  Other suggestions would be welcomed.

I've created several meetings and each time invitees outside my organization have issues with logging into the Zoom meeting via their desktop, they have to phone into the meeting.  Is there a setting that I'm not seeing or what could be the issue that so many people can not connec to my meeting via their computer?
