I work with a Blackmagix Atem Mini Pro, which is selected as a video camera. My Panasonic Lumix camera goes into this. This performance has worked wonderfully with Zoom for over two years. But suddenly I have a blue filter over the zoom image with the same configuration (https://dsc.cloud/581060/2023-12-23_10-59-10). The configuration works perfectly with Facetime, Teams and others, but not with Zoom. Uninstalling the Zoom client on Mac and reinstalling it did not bring any changes: Firmware updates on the Atem Mini Pro and the Lumix did not bring any changes. I am at a loss. Does anyone have any tips?

I had a meeting set for February 22 and had already sent the invite out. This meeting requires registration and I have 28 registered so far. Today we realized the date needed to change. I updated the Zoom meeting date from the 22nd to the 29th. A note popped up that those who had already registered would be notified so I assumed their registration was still good and would work on the 29th. I told those who had already registered that they would not need to re-register. Can someone please confirm that they do not need to re-register? I had one client come back to me who DID actually re-register and she said the meeting still said the 22nd so now she has TWO meetings for the 22nd. I am so confused and really do not want to send a THIRD email about this! I appreciate any help ASAP! Thank you in advance! PS... is there a support line to call Zoom support??

I lost the recording if my video yesterday, automatically recorded in the cloud. But when zoom sent me a message to say that the recording was ready, it was just a few second black screen shot.
Can you help me tho get the recording back ?
Hey Team, I was in a meeting recently, and in the middle of the meeting, my meeting shut down. I had the time set for 1 Hour, but the meeting closed around 30 minutes in. Could you please help me figure out what exactly happened?

I have Zoom Pro Plan. I invited meeting participants from around the world: Europe, US, Asia. But participants from Mainland China received error code 13215 and cannot attend the meeting. Even Hong Kong and Taiwan users can access. Did anyone reported this to Zoom support center? Is there any advice on how to solve this? Thanks!

My wife gets her zoom account through her work, and it allows her to have captions. When we zoom with my parents, who I believe are using the free version, they cannot see or find options to turn on captions. My father has hearing issues and it would be lovely to have captions for our meetings. Is this a free vs paid issue? Or perhaps they are on an older version? Sorry if this is a dumb question... Thanks!

Have a 3rd Gen 4K Apple TV and the QR code the Zoom for Home app provides when looking for an alternate device to use for camera and microphone displays the ‘No useful data available’ message. I have followed Apple’s guidance on restarting the iPhone ( 11 Max Pro ) and Apple TV with mo joy. Not sure, but am I missing something? Or, is there another option that will allow me to get past this checkpoint to be able to use the app to join meetings?
