Hi there, Using an iPhone (as a document camera) with a macBook in Zoom is very simple, because you can share your screen with iPhone/ipad by airplay or by cable. Using an iPad instead of a Macbook? there is no option to share the screen with an iPhone. What for?: we want to make a Zoom conference with our grandchildren per iPad with zoom. the document camera (iPhone) shows a reading/picture book, which is under the document camera ("streamed"). The "stream" of the document camera should be shared in zoom, so that the grandchildren can see the reading/picture book in full size and grandma/grandpa in a little window. Do you have any hint for this use case? thx a lot Doro1 (Germany) Sorry, I don't know, which "Select Location" would be the best.

Hello
I was using Zoom on my phone in my Personal Meeting ID room and decided to log in from my computer instead. Somehow the PMI on my laptop application is showing a different ID. I tried to log in with the # and password on the laptop but I'm only on as an attendee and not as a host. The account login and password are the same on both devices so I am wondering how I ended up with two different PMIs. The one on the laptop (I've been logged out and in about a month ago) is a new one. I even logged out and back in again just now but the PMI is still different.
Any ideas about how to resolve the laptop Zoom PMI? Thanks.

Does anyone know how to disable the admin prompt when trying to auto update the client if using a virtual desktop and the local machine is using a much older client. I'm continually getting admin credential prompt - is there any way round this?
Up until about 2 weeks ago, the Alexa Show 8 units would connect to a scheduled Zoom meeting by just saying "Alexa, join my Zoom Meeting". Now, Alexa responds with "try asking me to open Zoom on a device that supports Zoom". Why has support for this feature been broken? I have 3 elderly, blind, or handicapped individuals in our congregation who rely on this simple command. Typing in the meeting ID and passcode is impossible for them, so this has been a huge loss. There also seems to be some change to the ability to link Zoom to their gmail calendar. Are the new instructions detailed somewhere? All 3 of these units are registered in my name, but it now appears that I can only link them to MY gmail calendar, not theirs. If I try to link to their gmail calendar it gives me some kind of permissions error. Is that true also?

Hello, I am having trouble finding the answer to this question. How do I allow my assistant, who is already added to my account as a licensed user with her own login, to be able to answer any in-call chats and let people arriving late into the meeting so I can focus on the speaking during my live zoom meetings? It seems the only thing that has worked somewhat, is making her a co-host every time I start a new meeting but I am looking for a default option so I don't have to remember to do this every time. Please help!

Hi, My organisation has Zoom license (organisation A) and we work with suppliers (organisation B) who also have their own Zoom license - in this situation, can we create a meeting and assign people from two organisations (A and B) to be co-hosts at the point of scheduling the meeting? Kind regards, Ewa
