I click a link in my work chat. While the zoom is starting and connecting and joining, I would like to continue writing something to my work chat. Instead, Zoom captures focus every second, so for about 15-20 seconds I am unable to chat or do anything else. 

 

Any idea why such an annoying feature was implemented?

 

Zoom 5.14.2, MacOS 13.1

Can upgrading from Pro to Business plan allow having 2 long meetings (longer than 40 min) simultaneously from different machines?

Zoomミーティングまたはウェビナーのクラウド録画のアスペクト比を 16:9に修正するにはどうすればよいですか?

デバイスや画面共有ドキュメントのサイズによって変わることはわかりましたが、サポートに問い合わせてもどうすればよいのかわかりませんでした。

自動で設定できない場合、手動で16:9にする技術があれば教えてください。

Sorting Registrants into Breakout Rooms before the Meeting Starts

I set up a Meeting with Registration.  There are 85 registrants.  I had created the 4 breakout rooms already.  but when I look at the Breakout rooms, it shows Zero participants in each and I am unable to add anyone from the Registration list.  In Registration, I had participants select which topic they wanted to be part of during the meeting.  I need to pre-assign all the registrants to the correct room before the meeting starts.  I am not seeing a way to do this after I already set up registration.  Any help would be great.  Thank you!

Audio Issues

Having audio issues that started this week. Auto (spoken word) works with minor cut out. When playing auto, music, jiggles, audio files, audio totally cuts out. In the audio test setting when testing audio the audio cuts out as well when doing a test... Show more

Having audio issues that started this week. Auto (spoken word) works with minor cut out. When playing auto, music, jiggles, audio files, audio totally cuts out. In the audio test setting when testing audio the audio cuts out as well when doing a test. It starts to play then stops and meter still moves with no audio.  Check other apps and conference apps on computer audio works on all apps except zoom.

 

Spec: Asus Zenbook, Built in Speakers, i7 12 gen, Windows 10.

 

Steps to troubleshoot

-Uninstalled Zoom and Resinstalled

-Check for Windows update

-Delete audio driver for speakers and reinstalled

-Check other apps

-Checked network connection 400 mb/s

-No fancy audio setting, all set to default.

Any one else having this issue?

I am subscribed with the Pro package. I would like to know if it is possible to have 2 different meetings at the same time? Thank you so much
