We have just upgraded our Salesforce Zoom app/package (V1) after JWT authentication getting deprecated.

Apart from the “standard” functionality of the app/package, we also have a few “manual” API calls in our Apex code (e.g. fetching registrants for a meeting via `/meetings/[meeting_id]/registrants` etc.).

For these API calls we used to authenticate by generating the JWT token from the fields zoom_app__Zoom_API_Secret__c and zoom_app__Zoom_API_Key__c which are stored in the Salesforce org as part of the app/package config.

Now that the app/package is authorized via OAuth, is there a way to use that existing authorization in the “manual” API calls made from Apex?

If not, what is the recommended way to authorize these manual API calls?

I host a Zoom meeting, and when I share a YouTube video of my edited sample of wall artwork, my client can hear the vocals but not the music that I used in the video.

I am looking for a solution to this problem. The issue is the same when showing the video while sharing the screen. When I screen shared and enabled audio, my client could only hear the singer's voice and not the music. This is an issue I've never encountered before. Any insights or help would be greatly valued.

Suddenly started getting disconnected and reconnected during meetings after years of trouble-free use. Happens every couple of minutes. I have to phone in to meeting after 5 mins, so I don't know if the connection eventually stabilizes. I'm using a chromebook, with upload speed of 30-35Mbps and download of around 5Mbps.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app; using an ethernet connection instead of wifi; connecting through browser rather than the PWA app. Nothing works. Any help appreciated. 

I got married on 12/10/2022 and had it on zoom. However, my brother (our groomsman in charge of the zoom) forgot to click record. I know for sure that I had gotten a premium subscription so that it could last longer than 40 minutes and have more than 100 participants. I have been trying for over a year to find out if somehow it automatically recorded and if I could pay to get that footage. There are two zoom accounts we could have done it under, either mine or my brother's. I'm thinking we probably did it under my brother's, because he got an email from zoom on 12/12/2022 about joining. Neither of us have the premium subscription anymore, but I need to somehow find out if that video exists and if I could access it by paying for premium on one of our accounts. Since we don't have premium, the BOT won't let me speak to a human. I am out of options. Please help me.

Can someone from Zoom Support give an official answer to my question?  While I'm sharing a video, I do not want my live or profile image displayed in or next to my shared material.  I believe the participants could remove my image if my camera is off and they select "Hide non-video participants."  But, I don't want to ask everyone and hope that they each individually hide my image while I'm sharing.  I want an option to no display my image or profile while I'm sharing.  So, does this option already exist? If, yes, where?  If, no, is there an official indication of this option will ever be available and when?
