Hi Team,

We have the Microsoft Teams app on the Zoom rooms display. When we press on the Teams app, there is a request to enter a meeting ID and Password . Once entered, the Teams app opens and the Host of the meeting gets a request to Admit. However after admitting, the Teams app closes itself in Zoom rooms. 

I've read somewhere that this could be related to Firewall as other users have had the same error. Is there a recommended fix for this?

Hello I have Zoom One Pro. In my sessions with clients, the Thumbs Up Emoji pops up sporadically and neither  myself nor my clients are doing this. Is this a security issue? Could someone be listening to my sessions/hacking and using the emojis? Is there a special safeguard that I can click in order to insure security? thank you.

I am curious about the following scenario:

If I downgrade from a Zoom Meetings Pro or Business plan to a Basic plan and later on upgrade again to a Zoom Meetings Pro or Business plan using the same email address/account log in details, will I be able to reinstate my previous account settings, including all my licenses, add-ons, cloud recordings, contact details etc. or will I start from scratch with a new Zoom Meetings plan?

Suddenly I can't log into my account.

I can't receive the one pass code. I've checked the spam/junk folder but there was none from Zoom.

I tried to call the support but I need to vertification code which I didn't receive it. Thus support is out of reach by phone and email tickets.  

I use Zoom for my business. 

Please give me some solutions.   Help!!!!!

I accidentally logged into the wrong facebook account when I was trying to livestream a webinar. Now I can't seem to separate from that account so that I can use the correct one. I've tried multiple ways. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Someone created a recurring meeting within Zoom last year and now I can't delete it from within the Mac app. All suggested solutions I've found online do not work. I don't get a "hover" option when I click on the recurring / upcoming meeting. I don't have any calendars synched that I'm aware of. I simply must have accepted this invite and the host hasn't deleted it. How to I clear it out of the app? Thanks.
