Option to create polls is not visible

Hi, I am not seeing the option to create polls in the zoom web portal after selecting the scheduled meeting. There is also no option to enable polls under Settings. My plan is Enterprise and I am on the latest version - 5.15.12 (21574). Kindly advise... Show more

Zoom JWT

We have updated the JWT token but still our app is in review. Please let me know what effect it will have on the on-going meetings.

Dear Zoom Support Team,I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue we are facing with the Zoom Web SDK Client View. We have integrated the Zoom Web SDK into our web application to enable video conferencing capabilities for our users.However, we are encountering an “Invalid Signature” error when attempting to join a meeting using the generated signature. We have followed the documentation and guidelines provided by Zoom, but we are unable to resolve this issue on our own.Here are the details of our implementation:-
     SDK Version: 2.16.0(latest version)
     Development Environment: javascript - front end; 
     Relevant Zoom Join JS Code Snippet: Attached along with this email
     Errors Faced: Invalid Signature(error snippet and screenshot attached).
We kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue. If there are any specific troubleshooting steps or recommendations you can provide, we would greatly appreciate it. Additionally, if there are any server-side configurations or settings that need to be checked or adjusted, please let us know.
Please find attached any relevant logs, error messages, or additional information that may assist you in diagnosing the problem.
We are eagerly awaiting your response.

Just wondering if anyone might help me to solve a minor annoyance ... specifically ...

Is there a way to set "Original Sound for Musicians" to default, so that I don't have to click the 'original sound' button 'on' (which I often forget to do)?

I remember that in an older version, you could automatically turn 'original' sound on by selecting a microphone that you wanted to always use it.  In the last several, most recent versions that functionality seems to have been removed.

Has anyone figured out a way to make using original sound the default?

호스트 거부가 거부 메시지와 함께 공유가 거부되는 현상이 발생했습니다.

상황이 그렇습니다.

1. 계정 관리자로 연락 예약(A라는 호스트 지정)
2. A가 접속하여 처리 중, 호스트권한이 없는 메시지와 함께 화면 공유가 표시되는 현상이 발생합니다.

징후가 몇 번이나 있는 것 같습니다.

Hello. I run a live Zoom cast of my church service each week. We have both speaking voices and live music. The speaking voices always come through clearly on the Zoom, but the music is always filtered out somehow. We have tried to change our audio settings to allow the people on the Zoom to hear our music, but nothing has worked. Has anyone had similar issues and found a fix? Thanks! Aaron

Host is restricted from screen sharing when participant join

I can only do screen share wen no one is connected to my meeting. But when my participant connect to my meeting, I can't screen share. A message pop saying I am restricted from screen sharing when external users are in the meeting. I am on a Windows desktop computer.

I am admin of single user Zoom Pro account which I have purchased. I am logged into my paid Zoom Account. I have enabled the live captioning in my personal paid account. Being remaining logged into my paid Zoom Account, if now when I join any other Zoom meeting whose meeting ID and password are shared by someone else, whether live captioning will be made available to me. The second user have not enabled the live captioning in their account.
