In my company, all devices with Windows 11 are not compatible with the zoom application, the camera and microphone do not work at all
My organization wants to post recorded educational webinars that do not allow viewers to skip ahead. We offer continuing education credits for our profession, and the recertification codes will be at the very end of the webinar recordings. Is there a way to turn off the option to skip ahead to the end? We can't just give away the codes by allowing them to skip the content and without having them view the entire webinar, per our "parent" organization. I have searched and can't find this information. Thanks!

I accidentally deleted it from "Background & Filters" Tried reinstalling Zoom - did not help.
Please tell me how to re-install Blur?

On Win 10 desktop.
After meeting was terminated at 40 minutes I checked my user profile and it listed me as being a "Free" member.
I could not figure out how to update this information in the profile.
Any suggestions?

him im currently using this for school and am signed in through google. im trying to switch between my personal account that is logged in the same but wont let me log in. it goes straight to my school account no choice.
Hello there, We have uploaded a meeting recording couple days ago, and the video was good to go. Today, we wanted to recheck the video to make sure everything's fine, however, we saw issues such as frozing video, and the audio, not being in sync with the video. Is it possible that a Zoom Recording file be corrupted after uploading? Or is this related to the internet connection? We need urgent help as we are on a tight deadline. Thank you.

Zoom forces an update to sign in. Downloading the latest version from https://zoom.us/download and running the exe file simply opens the app. I now cannot sign in or join any meetings with the desktop client. Any help or ideas? Do I need to uninstall Zoom and reinstall it?

I'm trying to see if it is possible to do automated translated captions for our entire audience. For example, I want captions to appear automatically and be translated to spanish for every person. I don't want each user to have to manually do it themselves. Is this possible?

Hi, I wanted to ask the community about Translated Captions. Our company works with a global audience and we have an Enterprise account. I can't figure out why the Translated Captions option is not in our portal. The first picture is what we see and the second picture is what we want to see (with the option to enable the feature) . If anyone can assist that would be great. Thanks.
