Internal mic not working

Hi all,

Any ideas as to why my internal mic has stopped working with Zoom? Works fine with other apps. Just stopped working all of a sudden. All permissions given. Any ideas/suggestions, please?

Identificação de usuário na reunião

Preciso agendar uma reunião no Zoom, em que os convidados ao entrar precisem colocar o nome e o e-mail mas não precisa estar conectado à conta do Zoom.

Alguém pode ajudar com essa solução?

When viewing a Cloud Recording on a Windows 11 PC (web portal), the Smart Chapter buttons appear below the video pane, to allow the user to jump to the beginning of whatever chapter they wish.  However, on mobile devices (iPhone 14 in this instance), there are no Smart Chapter buttons visible.  I could not locate any help documents on this, nor could the ChatBot answer it.  Is anyone aware of this limitation and/or a plan to support this in the future?

I set meetings in Google Calendar and use the Zoom Add In to schedule Zoom meetings.  When one of these meetings is rescheduled, everything in Google goes well, but the Zoom client sends holds the meeting at the original time, and sends reminders of the meeting at the originally scheduled time - which can get annoying given the volume of meetings going on.

So if I change a weekly meeting at 2 p.m. to the new time of 3 p.m. - I still see the 2 p.m. meeting when I sign into Zoom or click Schedule in the Zoom client, and I get a reminder at 1:50 p.m. despite the meeting time change.

The invalid meeting ID error seems to happen after a meeting has been edited after sending. Not sure if it is related to date changes or time changes. Recently, it has happened on a reoccuring meeting where only the start time has been changed. It happens quite often a few times a month from meetings I try to join or has happened a few times on my own meetings. Haven't quite pinpointed the exact cause but I have a feeling it is related to time/date changes on reoccurring meetings after the first meeting has occurred. So, first meeting on Jan 20th at 4pm and then in February the time changes to 5pm and on the February meeting the error occurs. It may also occur if a meeting title has been edited as well.

Hello, guys.

An interviewer sent me a letter with a link to a future conference and asked me to accept it. Here I am trying to figure out how to "accept" the invite. I used yahoo mail to communicate with the person. The letter has no accept/decline options. So, the question is, how do I accept the meeting? How do I add it to my google calendar?

I am unable to schedule a meeting (this happened before, but I don't remember how it was resolved as I am 66 and have memory issues).  I schedule the date/time setup (Oct. 8 4:00 p.m.) and then click on SAVE.  When I go back in, it says no meetings are scheduled (although it shows a meeting scheduled for Oct. 2 - and I never scheduled a meeting for Oct. 2).  What do I need to do to fix this issue and be able to schedule meetings again?

Hi everyone,

I need to share my recent experience for the sake of preventing other zoom users from experiencing the same.

A few days ago I set off to visit a different European Country to the one I live in and decided to take my iPad with me so I can run my zoom class from wherever I was going to be. Little did I know of what was awaiting me !

When I opened the zoom app on my ipad the system sensed a new country and wouldn't let me in unless I allowed access from my "other device". My other device of course being a few thousand miles away was not accessible and neither was my "other" email as this is a little used email that I used to create my second zoom account and was not programmed to receive emails in my mobile phone. In other words, I was unable to use zoom for the sake of (unnessecary) security. Mad, isn't it? Until some Chinese competitor senses the absurdity of excess security and steps in to make life simpler for all beware .... your next planned meeting may not take place !!!
