Currently when a meeting in outlook is moved, changed, canceled, whatever 🙂 the zoom app still pops up with a reminder for the original meeting time. Is there a way to connect bi-directionally, so that updates in Outlook are also updated in the Zoom app, so that unnecessary reminders aren't popping up?

Similar issue - items on my calendar in Outlook that are not related to a zoom meeting all show up on my zoom app, taking up real estate. Is there an option to filter and only include zoom meetings in the zoom app? Or, can we request such a filter option?

I have Zoom add-on for Outlook 365. 

I have a weekly reunion (I'm the owner), and I want to change the finish time in ONE of the weeks, but when I send the new time there is an Error 4503.

There's no information in the internet about this error.

Does anybody know what's this code error?

I can not share my screen in some meetings

I am unable to share my screen in some meetings.  But this seems to be an issue only for me.  Everyone else in the meeting can share.  I have checked all the settings with the meeting host and the other related questions in this forum.  

 

It seems to be a problem just for me.

 

  • I don't have a screen sharing option on my screen. 
    • I see this message when I join the meeting 
      • WhatsApp Image 2023-08-18 at 4.54.20 PM.jpeg
      • Your are restricted from sharing in this meeting
  • *All* other meeting participants can share (logged in or guest).  
  • I am even the meeting co-host.
  • If i start a new meeting I can share my video in that meeting

What could be wrong? What have i missed? I have the latest version of Zoom. And as near as I can tell all the settings are correct ... but something is causing this strange interaction.

 

(By the way I have an older MacBook and this used to work.)

PMI cannot quick start anymore

the only way i an start my pmi now is by going into web based zoom profile. use to be able to start from under meeting tab but its greyed out now

Myself and other admins who schedule back-to-back meetings for ourselves, occasionally get this error:

"Host has another meeting in progress"

 

Situation:

When I have one meeting end, and I want to join the next meeting: I close zoom. I open my calendar, I click the link for the next meeting scheduled on my calendar. Error pops ups saying the host (me) is in another meeting. I'm logged into the Zoom app, and every meeting is scheduled the same way, yet this error is intermittent. The fix so far has required logging out/in of Zoom, leaving a second time, then joining the upcoming meeting as originally attempted. This has caused meetings to start late every time we run into the problem.

 

I am not asking for two meetings to be active at once -- just the one I'm currently in!

 

What could I be doing wrong in this scenario to cause this error? It seems pretty normal to leave my meeting that is over, and join the new one. I'm the host on both meetings; scheduled with my user as the host.

 

I've looked over about a dozen other support threads with other people experiencing the same issue. Zoom support has offered this support doc for help --- Zoom Host has another meeting in progress -- but it's about someone trying to have two active/concurrent meetings, which is irrelevant to my (and most others') problem. I just want to leave my current meeting and join the next one, ending the old/past/previous meeting.

Hello, I'm hoping someone here can help. I'm stuck in an endless loop trying to log in to my new Zoom account. I successfully logged in and scheduled meetings when I first purchased the account a few days ago. A few days later when I went to start one of those meetings, I started to log in like normal but it asked for a verification code. However that verification code never arrived. We've tried all the help suggestions on Can't Log In support page and still nothing.

 

To add insult to injury, I have not been able to start a support ticket because you're asked to log in to do it – which is the exact problem, I can't log in! I have tried calling on the phone but of course the voice prompts ask you to log in and get various account numbers BUT I CAN'T LOG IN without the verification code which we are not receiving. It's so frustrating!

 

I did finally send a support ticket through one of my other accounts but the respond was that either my email identity and or account doesn't exist, but obviously it does because I have the receipt and am getting charged for it. Unfortunately Zoom then closed the ticket without giving me the opportunity to respond and I'm back to the beginning again. 😞

Disable Raise Hand Feature in Meeting

Is there any way to disable the raise hand feature? It gets distracting when everyone raises their hands when it's not needed and notifications keep popping up. Also, the notification popping up seems to be a new thing and there is no way to disable ... Show more

ZOOM RECORD SCREEN

Hi, can ZOOM see during a live meeting to record the screen of another call, application?
Be remote access via team viewer?

BTW.Maybe someone knows where I can find free zoom trainings?

No Audio

Hello, I don't have any Audio in my meetings anymore. Where does it disappear? Thanks for ideas! regards, E 

 

 

meeting record did not converted

recording not converted. file name was video1883297073.mp4.tmp.
when i click double_click_to_convert_01 it loading 100% then notice screen appeared send to zoom.
What shoul i do? i tried all of methods.
