The microphone is constantly in use. I understand that it is included for noise cancellation. In the settings, I turn off the noise reduction, but it has no effect. Because the noise reduction is always on, the music that is in the video that is being shown is muted and I can't hear the sound of the video, only the words. It can be disabled only by denying access to the microphone for the "ZOOM" application. But then I can't talk to the participants. Therefore, I have to deny access for the microphone to hear the videos being shown, and when I want to say something, I allow access and it is very inconvenient.

When we hold a meeting, I am the Host who schedules and starts the meeting. But, after starting the meeting, I need to move my physical location to a meeting room a mile or two's drive away. Right now, Zoom will time out if I don't get to my meeting spot in good time. Is there a way to get Zoom to extend the time-out period?

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled zoom on my macbook. Now when I try to open "clips" I get error code 17000, "Your zoom account does not match your web account". This effectively means that I am not able to access any features from my pro account. How do I get them to match? Thank you

Somehow the chat background went to dark mode. Does anyone know how to change it back to a light background? I’m using zoom for iOS… version 5.16.2(10617)
I want to find out the TOTAL number of attendants that have attended our meeting since it started on 8th May 2020. We have been using the same zoom number since then...the report systme seems to be limited to a month...is there any way of finding out the figures?

Now that both Windows and Mac have dark mode on Zoom, it would be great if this feature was added to Linux. Please add this feature. My eyes get strained when I'm using Zoom on my Linux PC.
Hello Everyone: I have used the Zoom Basic plan for years but have not used it recently. When trying to sign into a meeting, I got a message saying I had to upgrade to the latest version. I followed the links to upgrade, but then I reached an impasse: I got a message saying: Unable to install updates. Error code: 10004. I use a 2017 Mac desktop & I have one of the latest operating systems: Ventura 13.6, so I don't know how to what the problem is. I am a baby boomer, not a techie & your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Windows 11 and Camtasia 2023, both latest updates I activated closed captions in Zoom, and after recording a test I uploaded the file to Camtasia editing software. But the captions aren't visible. In addition, the caption file in the Zoom folder can't be uploaded to Camtasia (wrong type). Has anyone solved this problem? Is there another button to click that I've missed?

I have been joining someone's meetings for training. I am now trying to backtrack and seeing how many hours of zoom time I have spent with this person for my time spent training. I cannot figure out how to find my history. I logged in and looked under "Meetings/Previous" but it shows nothing, which is far from the truth. These are meetings they set up and I joined in. Is there any way I can find the dates/times I joined these meetings?
