When assigning "Alternative Host" I receive message that the person must have a license. Is there another option. I have a weekly meeting that I will not be able to attend, however the group needs to meet. Help! If I send out meeting link. Can the group enter meeting without me present?

HELP! I’ve gone through all the pages on security settings for accounts and meetings and tried everything, but nothing has worked. I have a recurring meeting that I set up over a year ago. I admit that I didn’t know what I was doing when I set it up and somehow it got set up so that only authenticated users could join, or those using a cell phone. Now, I’m trying to get that corrected. I have a passcode embedded in my meeting link and I have a waiting room set up. I have toggled the Enable/Disable Authenticated users setting several times. Nothing has worked. It’s just this one meeting that is set this way and I can’t clear it out. Because it is a recurring meeting I don’t want to delete it and start over, too many people have the meeting ID. Please is there any way I can fix this???

Hi there, I'm having a problem with one of my users Zoom application. Zoom used to open automatically for them whenever they would schedule a meeting but has recently stopped. I installed Zoom on my machine and every time I schedule a meeting Outlook opens instantly. I went back to my user's machine and made sure the meeting was set to export to Outlook. Still nothing, so I tried a reinstall but to no avail. We are both on the latest version 5.15.3 using Windows devices. I tried setting export to other calendar and then using that to open the .ics which then opens up Outlook fine. This works but I'd prefer if it worked as it used to. Any help is appreciated.

I have an upcoming meeting at which I need to be logged into Zoom on two different devices. I have an old MacBook that I'm trying to use that has OS X 10.6.8 on it. I installed ZOOM but it won't update to the latest version, which isn't surprising. But every time I log into ZOOM on the Mac it logs me out of the primary computer (Windows 10 Pro). Is there some parameter that I need to set that allows me to do this? The Mac is running ZOOM version 3.6.10826.1101 . It won't update to anything else.

Hola no puedo eliminar el código de acceso me dice consulte al administrador, anteriormente solo remitía el link e ingresaban a mis reuniones directamente sin poner el código de acceso ahora deben poner el mismo y no puedo elimnar esta función. Alguien que me ayude si tal vez estoy configurando erroneamente las mismas

Hi. Im a 1st time user , and I would like to record my meeting, but there is no record button . I cant find one anywhere. the youtube videos show one on the bottom bar, but i got nothing! Can anyone advise me please?
Hi, I am not finding my paid for Zoom account as user friendly as I'd like. Pretty new to tech. Where is my clipboard, and why does it say "Pending" next to the contact I just added? Basically, how do I invite an attendee, and one that isnt a Zoom account holder?
