How can I record without seeing the participant and only me the host ?
I got an email from Zoom today, (address looks legit), saying that "Gabriel Alan Burruel" has entered my personal meeting room. I don't know this person. Is it a) scam OR b) a common thing that happen if someone accidentally enters the wrong number?

All of the sudden my video isn't working during meetings. The red line is over the camera icon in the bottom left, indicating it's turned off. When I click on it, it won't go away like it used to. TIA!
Hello all, Help! This must be an iPad issue because using an Android mobile phone Zoom app with the same account, the chime doesn’t occur. It’s not the same sound as “doorbell”, when a participant joins or exists a meeting as this is turned off. I’ve silenced all iPad sounds and under IPad Settings > Notifications (Apps) > Zoom > Sounds, toggling this off made no difference. Has anyone encountered the same issue? If so, please can you share how to turn this off. I use Zoom daily on the iPad, but without this changing, it’ll be untenable. Thank you in advance.
I’m on iOS 17.2 and since my update this week, there’s now an automatic notification sound when I join a meeting, if I un-mute or mute. I have checked all existing iPad and Zoom settings and cannot see where this has changed - my web settings remain the same.

Hi Team,
I am trying to create a website where multiple members of my website can schedule meeting with one another based on the calendar integration. Each member will be my website user and every member should be able to schedule meeting with another member.
How can I do this?

Greetings fellow Zoomers! My apologies if this question has been asked before, but I cannot seem to find a specific answer for which I am looking… Plain and simple, I am sharing a PowerPoint presentation as the host, and would like to be able to see the participants faces. The only way I have been able to do this is by showing the floating video panel, and as I only have one monitor the floating panel blocks part of the screen. However, as a cohost or someone viewing the presentation, I am able to move into a film strip type view with the presentation showing to the left, and the participants faces to the right. This is the type of format I am seeking as I present often and need to be able to see peoples faces to pause for questions, and gauge general engagement with the content. I hope this question makes sense! -Anthony
Thank you all in advance!!

Has anyone received this Error Code when they are either installing Zoom for first time or trying to update Zoom?
Is there any way to save all the attachments of the chat with a single click?
I can do that for the text part of the chat, but not the attachemts.
I record videos using Zoom where I talk to a guest. I do not mirror my video in settings, and it hasn't been a problem using a MacBook. The recorded video typically has 2 participants (myself and a guest) and when I'm in gallery view, the 2 parties are looking inward towards at one another or looking straight ahead. I recently switched to a new computer, and use the same Zoom settings as before. However, in a recorded video, I am now looking noticeably outwards away from the other participant. I've played around with the settings (mirror/do not mirror my video) and in all situations, I am still looking away from the other party in the recorded video! Any ideas or advice on how to fix this - to look more towards the centre of the video, while still being able to watch a guest - would be appreciated!
