Would appreciate helpful tips! I hosted a virtual event a few weeks ago and was unable to stay close to the laptop. I would love to see who of my invited guests attended the event (so I can reach out to each of them and thank them for joining) and if possible I'd like to recover the chat. Does anyone know how I might do this with an 'unpaid' account? Thank you in advance for your help!
I'd be willing to purchase a monthly membership if I could go back and recover this information, but with my currant plan I am unable to gather if this would be possible.

I do not receive an email when an attendee joins a meeting before me if they are connecting via the browser. I will receive the email only if the attendee joins via the app, whether they are logged in the app or not. I think I should receive the email notification no matter how the attendee is joining the meeting. Is there a way to make this work for attendees who do not have or want to install the app?

My company is discontinuing the use of licensed User Zoom accounts. When the licenses expire on our User's accounts, will those users still be able to login to Zoom using their work email address accounts? Will they just become non-licensed free accounts that they can still sign-in with? Wondering, for example, if an outside vendor schedules a Zoom Meeting with someone inside our company. Will they still be able to join that meeting with their Work email address, like they've been doing? Lastly, what about Meeting Recordings? If the answer is Yes to them being able to login after the licenses expire. Will they still have access to recordings made while they still had a license? Thanks in Advance, Matt

One of our employees is getting a "403 Permission_Denied" error message when trying to add her calendar to her Zoom account. She is trying to connect her calendar with the same account that she logs into Zoom with. Right now her calendar is blank in Zoom where there are actual meetings already scheduled. How can I help her get her calendar added correctly to be able to view on the Zoom Dashboard, I am the Admin on our account.

I'm opening a meeting using a host key. Host key belongs to a zoom pro user; I have zoom basic. Will meeting cut off after 40 minutes (following my basic plan), or will it follow the pro account terms & last more than 40 minutes? Thanks so much!

I currently am paying for the Pro Plan....because I need up to 2.5 hour meetings Under the less expensive Basic Plan it says that it's 40 minutes for 3 or more participants. My meetings are ALWAYS me and one Participant only. So, that being the case and the wording in the basic duration..if I reduce to the Basic, am I able to do meetings with one other participant for more that 40 minutes?...like up to 2.5 hrs?

After booking a meeting the meeting appears on the Logitech Tap in "Meetings List" but it is not possible to start the meeting from the room since there is no start button. This issue has happened 3-4 times.
Is there any way to prevent the Zoom meeting from switching monitors when I move between breakout rooms? I use a lot of breakout rooms throughout the day, and try to keep the meeting on the same display. The meeting always returns to the primary display after I change breakout rooms.

Hi,
I'm new to zoom. I am wanting to convert a zoom video into text. Is this possible?
