I've used Zoom to present a lot over the years, but haven't used it for 6+ months.  I have a very powerful computer (64 bit Asus, 64 GB RAM, 16 CPUs etc.) with Windows 11 (with all the latest updates). 

 

I upgraded to the latest zoom release before presenting and my computer starts to crawl, everything was very slow. 

 

After a reboot I noticed it happened again when I was loading Zoom and existing it, and also when in a meeting (it was almost impossible to end the meeting).

We already did all of the troubleshooting steps in the links below but the Dell Integrated Webcam is still not working in Zoom Meetings.

 

 

The Dell Integrated Webcam works in MS Teams and the default Windows camera app.

I would like to use zoom to teach bracrafts to raise money for breast cancer charities. Therefore I don't want to sign up and pay but I will need longer meetings than 45 minutes.  So is it ok to schedule more than one meeting so that they run consecutively with a 5 minute break in between?

Hi, if I upgrade from a basic plan to be able to have a meeting longer than 40 minutes, will it apply even for a meeting that already has been scheduled? Can I use the same link? Thanks a lot.

Audio Issues/voices distorted

Hi there,

I have license for Conference Room Connector with 2 ports and my account is pro, licensed users.

 

When I start webinar meeting, I can't invite a SIP/H.323 room system to my meeting.

I can't find (Room System) tab when I click invite button in Participants sidebar, so I cant Dial In or Call Out.

 

Also, when I send invitation to someone by email to trying to join to my meeting, the SIP and H.323 information included in the invitation, BUT he can't join and see this message: "Reached maximum number of ports".

 

Any help please..

I was wondering if zoom offers the ability to replace the zoom logo / description with another image for when you are posting recording links on Whatsapp. Now that Zoom is internationally recognised, it would be nice to have the option of being able to send whatsapp posts that would display an image associated with the sender or the topic of the recording.

I saw some related, but not quite identical, issues with this from other users, so I'm adding a new post. 

We use a recurring meeting in our organization to allow public access and keep the Zoom link consistent. Administratively we have Wait Room forcibly enabled for all meetings as a locked setting. Last night, I was asked at the last minute to disable the waitroom and allow members of the public to join as needed since we were short staffed and someone would not be monitoring the waiting room the whole time. I am a full admin in Zoom and knew I needed to unlock, then disable the waiting room. I did this after stopping the meeting (did a dry run before the actual meeting started). Even after restarting the meeting, the ability of the host to disable the waiting room was still grayed out and the feature was still forcibly enabled. What would I need to do to:

1) turn off one of those administratively locked settings during a meeting (if that is possible)

2) turn off administratively locked settings on a recurring meeting that had already had occurrences and did not yet start for tonight's occurence (if possible)

 

One angle I did not explore was creating a NEW meeting - because the meeting link had already been published on an agenda, it was not appropriate to change the login at the last minute. I was also thinking that perhaps there was some kind of delay on that toggle to filter through the system, but if there is a delay I don't know what the timeframe would be.
