Hi all, We have had people who get into the main Zoom without issue but then have a lot of trouble getting into the breakout rooms. We often have participants who have weak or inconsistent Internet and so there is already a lot of frustration. Why is there such an issue once in Zoom for them to get into the room? Is there an alternative or tips for those with a weak connection? Thank you.

I so hate the new feature in in the Chat that shows whenever someone joins or leaves the zoom call. HOw do I turn that off to just see the comments.
Hello everyone, I have set my Zoom account with a personal Exchange account calendar but while scheduling a meeting in the app. it goes to another calendar in my Outlook. How can I change this on both sides. I can't find any parameters section to update the calendar part nor in Zoom or Outlook.
On the other side, the Zoom plugin is now visible in the wrong exchange account as well.

Since installing current version of Zoom on phone (not the faulty Beta one) I have audio alarms going off every time to tell me a meeting is due. Can anyone tell me how to switch that audio alarm reminder systemoff?
NB: This is NOT the sound for people entering or leaving meetings. It is an alarm for a meeting due to start, and I want to switch it off.
Thanks
Mark

For Audio connection for meetings I call myself. In the last several weeks, the first call says connected, but never rings my phone. Then I "hang up" on Zoom, and call myself again and my phone rings and the audio connection works. Why does Zoom say "connected" when it does not connect to my phone? Who is it connecting to if not my phone? Doesn't seem secure if it is connecting to someone else's phone...

I've been using zoom with success on my chrome book until recently. Now it will work fine for a few minutes and then the incoming video will stop working. All the buttons remain clickable (for example i can scroll thru gallery view despite seeing no people in the little boxes) and my video still is viewable by other participants (though the only place it is visible to me is in the video settings.) I have messed with just about everything setting I (and many other people) can think of to no avail. I have used the app from the play store, chrome, and the pwa on both chrome and the app. I have factory reset my chrome book. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have restarted the computer. Zoom is working just fine for me on my ipad/phone but I hate the way the mobile app works... Please help!

Hi, I have a regularly scheduled meeting for my Seattle (Pacific time) community. I am currently in Taiwan - 16 hour time difference and one day ahead. However, I've noticed that sometimes people join the meeting 24 hours late - after it is over. It seems like the software (Windows? Zoom? Google?) is too smart for itself because even though the schedule clearly posts the meeting at 6pm Seattle time on Saturday, one of my community members reports that the meeting is posted as Sunday. How do I fix this and teach the program that my meeting is indeed on Saturday? Not Sunday.

I am having a problem with the microphone suddenly not working on a Zoom call, it used to work fine now it doesn’t. I’ve completed all the trouble-shooting tasks that Zoom suggest, and it works if I do a test, and it also work on other applications, so I know it’s not my device (IPad pro) but its still not working. I can use headphones to use the microphone, but I don’t want to use headphones all the time. Can anyone help?

Greetings! When joining a meeting, Zoom will not allow me to use my default microphone. It automatically wants me to use my computer audio. I have checked all settings in the "Audio" section, and everything seems to work fine. I even ran the audio check, and I got the message that everything was working correctly. Regardless, Zoom only allows me to use my computer audio and not my default microphone. I have tried every single thing: checking Microsoft audio settings, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, etc. Noh
