Sometime in the last week or so, I've been having trouble launching my meetings. Is anyone else having this problem? I click to start the meeting and the page with the big blue "Launch meeting" button comes up. When I click on it nothing happens. There are two lines below: 1) click to download Zoom, and 2) join from browser. I have tried both of these buttons. I have re-downloaded Zoom but that hasn't addressed the problem. Also, I am able to join from my browser but sometimes my camera doesn't work and it seems like it is a less optimal interface. I assumed maybe there was a Zoom update or something and that it would start functioning properly in a few days, but it doesn't seem to be self-correcting. Thanks in advance for any advice. Oh, one more thing, I tried to get live chat support and it told me that my account support live chat, but that is news to me. I have had live chat support in the past.

Hello, I'm a Korean connection user, and I tried to open a zoom meeting during my overseas business trip last week, but I found an error that didn't open. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I have a recent issue with the Android App of Zoom. I am using Bluetooth headphones (I have used multiple pairs to rule out its the headphone issue), when I enter a meeting, will connect to meetings & receive audio from the meeting, however for some reason it is using my phones microphone (despite audio coming through my headphones) vs my headphones microphone. I have tested just making calls on my phone through my Bluetooth headphones and it works just fine as the Mic is picking up from my headphones. I just can't seem to solve this issue. Never was a problem until about a month ago. Using same phone S21 Ultra. I can call into meetings, then video in with my phone. It just isn't ideal and the audio quality isn't nearly as clear. HELP!

When we initiate meetings, we send out a meeting ID and a code or password. For a meeting I was to attend today, I only got a URL link. That would not get me into the meeting. It opened up in Safari. When I allowed it to open up in the Zoom App, it asked for a meeting ID and passcode. Those were not sent to me. Apparently the others could get into the meeting with that code. On the Mac, I was using Version: 5.15.10 (21826). On my iPhone, I am using 5.15.5 (9303). What went wrong? The link looked similar to this (I truncated it for privacy): When I hit the link, it opened me up in the browser, which was normal. Then it asked permission to open up in the Zoom app. Did I do something wrong? Or did they? I am using a Mac with the latest Zoom software. I also tried signing on an iPhone and got the same roadblock.

There it asked for the meeting ID and password.
The other people who attended did not need a passcode, but I did.

Zoom is asking that I update to the 5.12.2 version. Through the chat box, they suggest clicking on the profile picture, then check for updates. When I click on my profile picture I do not get a drop down menu, but see my name, plans and billing and sign out. The chat box suggested I ask in this forum. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it. Do I need to uninstall an reinstall the app?

Hello, I need help. I want to organize a meeting (< 100 persons) and I'm looking for the feature to hide the name of meeting participants for the participants themselves. Is it possible please ?
Hello, I finished recording a meeting and saved it to my local computer. But in the folder where the recorded file is downloaded, the audio and video files are separate. Individually, both the audio and video are working fine. How can I merge this into one? And is there any way i can disable these separate recording?. Thank you

Zoom quit working on my laptop so I had to uninstall it and download to reinstall. It used to sync to my Micrisoft calendar and bring up an invite when I scheduled Zoom meetings. It no longer does that. How do I get Zoom to generate the Microsoft invite and put it on my Microsoft calendar? I have the online version of Microsoft 365.

I use Zoom on a Pixelbook. The last two times I have entered a meeting my video is just showing a black screen. The video icon is greyed out so I am unable to activate it. When the meeting organiser sends me a request to turn it on it doesn’t work. It does work for all the other meeting attendees and it works for me if I use an iPhone or a laptop
