When trying to download the macOS client "zoomusInstallerFull.pkg" it stops after some KB because the Network connection was dropped. My Internet connection is stable, surfing or downloads anywhere else are working properly.

What can I do?!?

Tenemos el problema de que al enviar una convocatoria de Zoom le llega a todo el mundo al SPAM/JUNK/NO DESEADOS.

Esto es indiferente de si la persona tiene permitido a ese destinatario, dominio, etc. Sigue ocurriendo.

Da igual desde donde se cree y envíe la convocatoria y quien la reciba, lo reciben en No Deseados.

Nos gustaría saber si esto es algo que le ocurre a todo el mundo y como solucionarlo ya que no he podido encontrar ninguna información al respecto.

Soluciones sin éxito ya probadas:
- incluir al remitente como deseado
- incluir al dominio como deseado

We have the problem that when sending a Zoom call it reaches everyone in SPAM/JUNK/UNWANTED.

This is regardless of whether the person is allowed to that recipient, domain, etc. It keeps happening.

It doesn't matter where you create and send the call and who receives it, 90% of it is received as Unwanted.

We would like to know if this is something that happens to everyone and how to solve it since I haven't been able to find any information about it.

So work has Zoom accounts, and they have Captions on. Everything is in Japanese, and captions handle the Japanese decently.

But it would be nice if I could enable translations of Captions to English for me. But everything in the docs talk about Host having to enable it. I would need to talk to all managers and all meeting hosts to turn it on for each one? Why can't I just enable it for my account?

I can hold my phone up with google translate over the caption - so I can already do it for free, but I feel Zoom should definitely let me do this (at some reasonable amount) - the hard part is already done (captions).

Tried Zoom help and all the links you provided in related posts; no luck so far. Hoping to see Zoom support provide a definitive and prescriptive guidance on this subject after internal testing with popular headphone brands.

I am trying Bose QC 45 for Zoom and Teams on my Windows laptop. While my wife is happy with the older Bose QC 35 ii for meetings on a Macbook Pro, my Zoom meeting participants complain that my voice fades in and out.

I tried various levels of Transparency and ANC on Bose QC 45 and also in Zoom audio settings. I tried both the Zoom app and browser version on my newer Dell business grade laptop with Windows 10 on it. While things sound great during troubleshooting and testing. the actual experiences during zoom meetings are inconsistent and unpredictable. 

If I understand audio jargon correctly, Transparency Mode (aka awareness mode) on headphones allows you to hear external sounds while  listening to music so you are aware of your surroundings. Side Tone on headphones allows you to hear your own voice during calls so you are aware of your voice-volume.  In addition to headphone ANC feature, Zoom also offers its own Noise Suppression (ANC) which is enabled as Auto by default.

Question - what combination of settings work best between Zoom's ANC and the mic-volume settings AND headset settings?

We are trying to do a Speed Networking type of event with breakout rooms. The concept is that one person stays as the anchor in the room and then everyone else gets randomly assigned to the breakout rooms. We plan to swap rooms 2-3 times in an hour.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

Our current plan is this:

- Make all room anchors co-hosts

- Create the breakout rooms & name them per the anchor person. When we do this, we select "assign automatically" and also check to not include co-hosts when assigning. So, we would expect the co-hosts to stay in the main room.

- When the rooms are opened, all the non-co-hosts are automatically assigned rooms. The room anchor co-hosts can then move themselves to the rooms named after them.

- At the end of the session, we close all breakout rooms.

- Click "recreate rooms" and repeat 2-3 times.

The idea is that the anchor will be in the same room (the room named after them) but they will have a different group of people join them each time.

If there's an easier way to do this, or if there are flaws in our proposed idea, I'd love any feedback!

Hello, I am trying to add background music to our zoom sessions to just kind of fill the air. I have successfully shared my computer audio, but for some reason the background noise cuts out when any of the participants speak. This effectively makes the background music disappear entirely. Is there a noise suppression setting or something that needs to be disabled so the computer audio does not fade and cut?
