HI There, I like to share some music in my online Zoom fitness class. I have troubles when it comes to hear the music in the background (which I share in the internal computer sound and via stereo speakers for the people around in person) and my instructions via microphone. What do I need to do if I want to use my Apple Airpods as microphone and the computersound (for the people at home) through the stereo speakers. The quality is really bad

I bought my laptop last year 29 January 2023 from a good department store in London London UK. Due to my profession, I have regular zoom meetings with clients and because of the way I appear on screen with this laptop I have been using my smartphone for meetings ever since, as my appearance is normal while using my smartphone. On screen with this laptop I look quite distant and do not appear with a clear outline as other participants do, so I went back to John Lewis who told me the problem is with zoom but I do not know how to contact them directly to enquire as to what could be the problem. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Rachel

The microphone keeps cutting out during Zoom calls, regardless of the device used, whether it's the Dell 24 Video Conferencing Monitor speakerphone, Polycom/Dell Premier Wireless ANC Headset, or Plate_number_1/Plantoric wireless headset. All of these devices were used with a Dell Latitude 9430 running Windows 11 Enterprise. Have you experienced this issue before?
After checking the microphone settings in Zoom and ensuring device drivers were up to date, I installed the latest BIOS for the laptop. The issue persisted even after trying a different desk with the same laptop.
Any Ideas? The laptop is connected to the monitor through USB-C. I am using the monitor's speaker bar and a headset via a USB-A dongle.

Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to redirect to an external url (thank you page) when someone completes their meeting registration?
Many thanks 🙂
I am using Zoom One Pro. I use it for one to one meetings. I have found quite often I start the meeting as host and am waiting on zoom and am unable to admit the participant from that window. I receive a message in my email informing me the person is in the waiting room and then have to close down the meeting I was waiting on and re-open it from the link in the email. This means that the meeting starts late. The confusing thing is that sometimes it does allow me to admit the other from the host window I've already opened. Can anyone advise me what is going wrong when this is not enabled?

Audible notifications are a major and persistent distraction in Zoom meetings (and sometimes an embarassment, when it becomes obvious people are IMing with each other behind the scenes), whether they come from Outlook, Slack, Teams, or another app. There does not appear to be any feature in Zoom to silent external app notifications when a meeting is active. The user can manually disable sounds, turn on Focus Assist on Windows, or Do Not Disturb/Focus mode on OSX, but most users will never remember to do this. Is there any way to make this happen automatically? Does anyone know if Windows Focus Assist (and the Mac equivalent) have APIs that Zoom could call to mute local sounds during meetings? Is there any third-party software that might accomplish this goal? There does appear to be at least an undocumented API to Focus Assist, mentioned at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55477041/toggling-focus-assist-mode-in-win-10-programmatically
