Voice comment when mute/unmute and someone enter och leave room, how to get rid of it.

Hi!

As subject state recently when you mute or unmute yourself a voice speaks "unmuted" or "muted" same when someone enter or leaves the room, it is annoying and probably easy to solve , but where/how do i do it?

Resolved! Zoom Crashes when I connect my bluetooth headphones

Can somebody help me with this problem. When I join a zoom meeting, I get joined but when I join the computer audio the zoom client crashes.

Using vertical monitors makes the screens when shared with me turn vertical

So I use vertical monitors and prior to moving to a new macbook, I didn't really have this issue.

 

But using:

Apple M2 Max

macOS 13.4.1

Zoom is version: 5.15.3 (20121)

 

When someone shares their screen with me and they are using the normal horizontal view, my screen attempts to rotate their image to the same vertical options and makes it impossible to see what they are sharing.

Hello!

 

I recently lost the card associated with my billing account. When the invoice for zoom pro came, I decided I did not needed zoom pro anymore and a customer service rep kindly rejected the invoice and put my account on the free tier.

 

However, I just got an email about having lost access to my zoom cloud recordings, which apparently will be deleted in 10 days. I can only get access to them by resubscribing. I have the link to a recording I am interested in, but the video does not start since it says the cloud subscription ended. So... I am not sure whether the video has been deleted already or not. (I received a similar warning when the whole credit card thing happened).

 

So right now I don't know if I should resubscribe to download the recording or whether it has already been deleted and it would be futile. Is there a way I can know if a recording has not been deleted yet?

Recording is stuck on Recording in progress

Usually the recording converts straight after the call is ended but the one I have just done says 'recording in progress' still and is stuck in processing mode - how do I retrieve it?

Recording shows the speaker on the side with black stripe on screen sharing

One of our team teachers, recorded his class (with no public) on the cloud storage, sharing his screen, and when recording, the view of his camera appeared ON the presentation (top right corner), but then in the recording, the frame of his camera moved to the right side of the presentation adding a black stripe.

I looked over the settings to deactivate that view because we need all the recordings of the presentations to have the same view; with the frame of the speaker ON the presentation, top right corner. But I couldn't find it.

Please help!

For the first time ever using Zoom with my students, they are being denied access to our Zoom room and see the error message: "the host has another meeting in progress."

 

The only thing that has changed is I upgraded my Zoom account and had to change the contact email address.

meeting attendee invitation not being sent to domain based email

but in the same meeting , i've added *********** - normal gmail, in that instantly i got the invitation

PMI

The IT admin account is unable to edit users' PMI. I keep getting:

"only your it admin can change your personal meeting id"

That's me!?!
