Hi When creating an event from my manager's calendar (Gmail) the event that I created does not show on Zoom.com.  
Conversely, when I log in with my manager's credentials, create an event from her account, it shows in Zoom.com but I can't get it to show on our calendars (Gmail).  
We are using Zoom - Pro.
I use Windows 11.
Can anyone help?

My business colleague is attempting to join a meeting someone else scheduled for us . When I click the meeting link, I am able to connect. But when he clicks the link, he's receiving an "Invalid personal link name" error message. Any suggestions how to get his error resolved?

I have 2 questions about the new survey area. When I create a poll, the poll is immediately activated for all meetings. For example, if I have 10 meetings with 7 polls each, I may have 70 polls as templates.I then immediately have these 70 polls in a... Show more

I have 2 questions about the new survey area. When I create a poll, the poll is immediately activated for all meetings. For example, if I have 10 meetings with 7 polls each, I may have 70 polls as templates.
I then immediately have these 70 polls in a meeting in which I only want to use one poll or none at all. And I have to constantly go through all the meetings I have created and switch off any unnecessary polls using the filter. That's very annoying.
How can I set it so that I can only switch on the polls created in other meetings when I need them?
How can I switch off the fact that created surveys are not available as templates for other meetings?

Can you help me?

Can anyone help me out here? I can't seem to record my meetings in gallery view. Even though I'm doing them in gallery view te whole time, it records in speaker view  I looked in the settings for recording, but I can't find it anywhere. Show more

recorded zoom

Hi

I recorded my zoom and can't find it in either the cloud or within my computer system.  I've used the zoom search and entered my meeting ID to no avail.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Video playback buffering in presenter mode in PowerPoint

"Update required.

You must update to the latest version of zoom to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update."

 

I am admin. I have deinstalled and installed latest version but still getting the same error. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
