Hi everyone,

I am having issues with my audio input on my macbook air laptop.  During a meeting my host can't hear the piano that I'm playing.  I have selected 'original sound for musicians' and ticked 'High-fidelity music mode'.  But the microphone still won't pick up the piano sound.  

I have played around with all of the other settings, restarted the laptop, increased the volume to maximum and nothing fixes the issue.

One Tap Mobile still requiring I enter the mtg ID and passcode.

I've confirmed I have the correct format (using the copy invitation setting). What else could be causing this?

The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...

When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case?

Zoom is fully functional on my 2021 Macbook Air, but, when I connect to the Dell S2419H monitor, I have no microphone audio: class participants cannot hear me. I've reloaded Zoom, plugged and unplugged, rebooted, retested, and howled at the moon. Apple tech support couldn't resolve it, and my account doesn't qualify for Zoom tech support. Any suggestions anyone?

I was the host of a zoom meeting and when I recorded, I selected on my computer. (I use windows).  I have that recording and it works. Is it at all possible to upload it on zoom cloud for sharing or is there a copy in the cloud somewhere? Or how else can it be shared?

I have encountered about 2 black boxes appearing in my presentation during screen sharing since Jan 2022. One blackbox appeared near the top and the other at the bottom. My laptop uses Windows 10 and I have updated the latest software. I have done all the hacks recommended in the Zoom web page, including changing the NVIDIA settings, video settings and screen sharing settings. Yet, I still have the same problem with the black boxes. Please help to resolve this problem. Thank you!

vi scrivo in merito a un problema verificatosi durante una riunione organizzata ieri sera alle ore 21, noi ci siamo collegati mezzora prima e li si è verificato il problema.

Il link della riunione è stato regolarmente generato e condiviso, ma al momento dell’accesso Zoom lo ha riconosciuto come “non valido” e ha reindirizzato alla homepage, impedendo a noi (e ad altri) di partecipare.

Successivamente è stato generato un nuovo link per lo stesso meeting.

Grosso problema per noi perchè in così poco tempo non era possibile avvisare tutti i contatti invitati e siamo stati costetti a rimandare di una settimana, davvero una brutta figura con le persone coinvolte.

Quale puo' essere stato il problema?

Hi Zoom Team and Community,

I’d like to request a new feature to improve daily workflows:

Please add an option to change the presence status (“Available”, “Do Not Disturb”, “Away”) using user-defined shortcuts and global hotkeys.

Currently, this requires multiple manual clicks via the profile menu. Many collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Slack) already support quick status switching, even through peripheral devices like Stream Deck or macro keys.

Why it’s useful:

  • Reduces interruptions and manual steps

  • Aligns with existing audio/video shortcuts

  • Saves time in hybrid or remote work setups

  • Enables automation with hardware buttons or productivity keyboards

Please consider adding this to make Zoom even more efficient for power users. Happy to discuss ideas with other community members!

It used to be that when I paused a screen share, Zoom would just freeze the shared screen. Recently, that behaviour has changed. Now, I pause screen the participants see a message, "(hostname) has paused screen sharing." What changed? Is there a setting I need to fix? I am using Windows 11, Zoom Pro version 6.4.6.
