At the moment, when I view Reports of who attended my Zoom meetings, I can sometimes only see the first name of attendees. How do I ensure that I have all attendees' full names, organisations and email addresses after they attend my events? Or is that not possible? Do I need to set meetings so only those with Zoom accounts can join? Or is there a way to link registered people to those who actually attend? Thanks

When looking at my meeting, I can click “view” under Manage Registrants see that I have 8 registrants. However, it only lists their Name, Email, and registration date. In the registration form, I have asked for more information. So, how do I generate Report that shows the 8 registrants, First name, Last name, Organization, Job title, and answers to the custom question I created?
I have already tried going through Account Management > Reports > Generate Report. Still, the CSV file only comes up with “First Name, Last Name, Email, Registration Time, Approval Status, City, Organization, Job Title,” but it doesn’t include the custom question I created. It doesn’t actually list the 8 people registered.
What am I doing wrong?

This is my 2nd post, trying a new area for help. I am desperate to find a solution, if you can help me please do! I use Zoom as a paid subscribe via my iPhone 11 which is fully up to date. About two weeks ago, when initiating new Zoom meetings, when I want to send the invitation via Gmail, as soon as I create the meeting - the Blue Arrow/Send Button COMPLETELY DISAPPEARS. Gone. Just vanishes. I can't find anyone else experiencing this - or any help. I have deleted/re-installed the app and it continues to do this. PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi. I spend almost 100% of my time screen sharing with my students on Zoom. I would like to deliver the highest resolution along with the highest frame rate possible. Optimize for video isn't great since it remvoes the video of my students and creates black boxes for them. Does anyone know the limitations on how Zoom implements screen sharing? If I were to invest in a powerful graphics card, could I send 4K at 25 fps or more (I have plenty of internet bandwidth)? Or, is there some ceiling imposed by Zoom that would prevent thet no matter how powerful the PC?
Any help much appreciated!

Despite working OK elsewhere, my video is not displaying on Zoom. Having been working fine from 2020 up to a few days ago, Zoom is now saying: "Failed to start video. Please select another video camera ... ". It displays OK when I go into Zoom [on the preview screen], so the camera itself is not at fault, but when I click on the "Join" button the video disappears and I get that message. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Zoom. I also haven't a clue if I've chosen the right "Location" from the dropdown list.
My PC tells me the drivers are up to date.
No other application is using the camera.
The camera permissions are ON.
BitDefender allows camera access to Zoom.
I have a basic Zoom account, but only ever join the meetings of others.
I am using a PC with Windows 10 64-bit
USB Video device.
Can anyone help a desperate old lady? I don't know where to turn.

Hi,
I’ve been using Zoom happily for over a year, until a couple of months ago. Suddenly my screen is freezing A LOT during meetings. I’ve tried everything I can think of, from re-setting my home router and phone and iPad internet settings completely.
I’ve also tried removing and re-installing the apps on both my phone and iPad. Nothing is working.
This is the only issue I’m having, I’m not having any other internet issues on other apps or sites.
Please can someone help, I can’t even get in touch with support as it keeps telling me I don’t have an account when I’m signed in!

Hi, Need some help here. Normally I Zoom from my phone but I'm in a class that is running on Zoom. Today in the intro to the class, audio worked but my video was either black with my name or a general prohibition sign. Zoom is showing my web cam but after the meeting and trying to figure things out the only thing that came to mind was the fact that I run a VPN. Could that be the issue? Is there anyway to test this out before my class on Monday? I have to say as a former IT Systems Engineer I'm really embarrassed that I can't figure this out. Thanks for your help. Suzy

We have several Dell Inspiron 7560 laptops running Windows 11. Our audio devices are Sennheiser office runners, which are connected to a USB port in a WD22TB4 Dock connected to our laptops. Dell issued a firmware update for the Dock on January 2024 and since then, we experience the following: - While in a Zoom conference, if we mute/unmute several times (as is normal during typical meetings), eventually we hear a screeching noise in our Sennheiser headsets and we cannot hear audio anymore. The only way to exit this is by resetting our Sennheiser device. This is ONLY happening to those of us that have applied the firmware update and it ONLY happens when we use Zoom. The issue DOESN'T happen if we connect the Sennheiser to a USB port in the laptop itself (which is not very convenient for us) After a long discussion with Dell in which we tried several solutions on their side, both sides agreed that this is a Zoom bug. Has anybody else experienced something similar?

Me podéis ayudar? Uso Windows 10
