Hi There, we currently have a Zoom Pro account but are interested in using the Q&A feature to keep questions in our chat organized (and from getting buried). I know that Zoom has a Webinar feature/add-on but we aren't looking for anything that full blown, just utilizing the Q&A feature. From what I've read it sounds like maybe upgrading to the business account would provide this as an option- could someone confirm?

Hello.

I get a lot of complaints from our online classes connected to the service during group conferences saying that the sound has static, broadcasts keystrokes, and makes the speakers flutter. This most specifically occurs on group calls and international calls. I've watched the video and adjusted my settings. But it seems to be something internally with the platform software that I DO NOT experience with other platforms like Skype, FaceTime, etc. Anyone else experience this or have a solution? Does any Zoom Support exist besides Community? Thank you!

pitch altered when jamming online with live performance feature

Just tried the new live performance audio setting and tried jamming with a friend but the guitars were out of tune - almost a full step - even though each was checked on a tuner. Otherwise, the new feature looks like it might work but not if it's cha... Show more

Just tried the new live performance audio setting and tried jamming with a friend but the guitars were out of tune - almost a full step - even though each was checked on a tuner.  Otherwise, the new feature looks like it might work but not if it's changing the pitch. Could this have something to do with the sample rate settings in the audio interfaces???

Hi, when I am in a meeting, and I click on notes, the box appears but I ccannot access any notes or create a new one?  Any ideas folks?

Read ai interrupting my zoom recording?

I cannot figure out why my Zoom video only recorded 6 seconds of my 1-hour meeting. The only thing that was different today is someone joined early in the meeting using read.ai. Could the read.ai stop my video from recording?

No, I don't want to modify the waiting room text;

I want people to see a new message (varies by each and every meeting) when they enter the Waiting Room.

Recording capturing app users but not those joining by telephone call
