Corporately, we structure our meetings and other events so that all of the mortgage brokers have access to a common corporate Gmail calendar.

I operate as a Microsoft office so I import that Gmail events calendar into my outlook office 365 calendars .

Most of the events scheduled have meeting links from Zoom. the meeting links seem to be corrupted on the import. I have copied the data and changed the email address and the Zoom number inside the link to launch the zoom meeting as per the requirement above ... 

Is there something we can do on the import to outlook that will stop this modification of the links or is there something that corporate head office can do in setting up the links in Gmail so that they will not be corrupted.

I was a participant in a Zoom meeting today, and I noticed that in the chat I could see when other people joined or left the meeting. I'm wondering if that's something I can turn on in the meetings I host? Where would I look for that setting, please? Or is it specific to a certain level of subscription? Thanks. 🙂

When I am sharing my screen (I have one open to view as a presenter, and I showing the PPT on a second screen for learners to view) When someone not in the room is talking there is a popup window showing the picture and name of the person talking. This popup window is blocking information being shared on the screen. I want this popup to go away so that the full presentation information can be viewed.

I have logged onto my zoom account and all the meetings I have scheduled over the next few months appear to be in progress, there is a small red camera icon to the right of each meeting - and it won't give me the opportunity to edit the meeting. I was playing around with the settings, and clicked the automatic record button by mistake, but quickly unclicked it but now I'm tuck.  Please can anybody help?

In a Zoom meeting, are participants counted by the number of DEVICES signed in, or by the number of ACTUAL PEOPLE who are actually on camera, and listening, and watching through those devices?

We want to join two church congregations for a Zoom meeting, probably using only a handful of DEVICES ... but with over a hundred actual PEOPLE on camera, and listening, and viewing through those devices.

So does the 100 participant limit mean I am limited to 100 DEVICES, or that I'm limited to 100 actual PEOPLE who are participating through those devices?
