I'm looking for a solution to users being locked out because of a lack of access to the email associated with the account.

We are a small non-profit and have about 4 of us who share the account on a regular basis, never at the same time but to run different meetings, this morning one of my users could not access the Zoom account because he needed verification via an email he did not have access to and I was in a meeting and did not get his DM, I looked at users but this seems to create a new account not just give them access to run a meeting on the main account. We don't need and can not afford multiple licenses.

Lorsque je rejoints un salon Zoom, j'ai bien le son des autres participants mais eux ne m'entendent pas.

Mon micro intégré fonctionne (j'ai testé notamment sur Skype et Messenger) , les pilotes sont à jour, les paramètres bien réglés.

J'ai désinstallé pour réinstallé Zoom, j'ai aussi vérifié tous les paramètres son de mon PC et de Zoom mais rien n'y fait.

J'avoue être sans ressource.

Is there an option to chance the meeting toolbar? For example, I would like to hide the buttons for "AI companion" and others. Is that possible?

Or is it at least possible to change their positions?

I would like to change these permanently for everyone joining the meeting.

How do I turn off the multiple creation for recurring meetings, so they show up like they did before whatever change/update messed it up?  If I'm managing 50+ recurring meetings, the Zoom scheduler (online and App) becomes TOTALLY UNUSEFUL with all those entries.

I'm using an Apple Studio and have zoom turned on under the Accessibility setting in the OS. While sharing my screen in a meeting I can  use CTL and the scroll wheel on my mouse and see it zoom in on my display, but meeting participants don't see it zoom.

Does anyone know of a way to make that happen?
