I have been testing the latest version of Zoom on an iPhone with iOS 16 in advance of some user testing sessions. Is it really as terrible as it seems to be, or am I missing something? It sort of worked for about a minute, then the toolbar disappeared, which meant I couldn’t share the screen or get to the settings. I restarted the application, went into settings and enabled the “Always Show Toolbar” option. It worked for about a minute, then the toolbar disappeared again. Voiceover could access all the toolbar buttons even though they are not visible, but nothing happens when you double tap. A couple of times I could see dialogs where you are supposed to select an option, but Voiceover doesn't read them when you swipe to them. Then an information drawer opened but I couldn't close it while Voiceover was running. Apart from that, loads of other things went wrong and I had no idea what was happening most of the time even though I can see the screen. It's actually no worse than most of the mobile apps we test, but I was expecting it to be so much better.

Hello, I'm looking assistance in the settings. First let me start by saying the 800 number is useless. Can't get thru to anyone. My real problem is that during piano lesson, I can hear the voice of the student I am teaching but I cannot hear her play the piano. I've tried multiple options for setting adjustments and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any tips tricks that could assist?

I'm trying to do FB live, but only 2 of my 5 pages are showing up - and neither of those are the ones I want to go live in. How do I get other pages listed there? Do not see anyplace on the Fb page itself where I can add in Zoom... And please note - I want to access a page, not a group. Thanks!

I am using the Basic version of Zoom and wanted to upgrade to PRO version but before that I need to see how much meetings I am hosting using my Personal Meeting Id or the meetings I have joined. And based on this I can easily decide if I need to switch to PRO version or not. Is this possible to get this data for Basic version.

I hold a Monday Zoom call with guests of interest to my Substack readers, then turn it into a podcast posted in the column. Is there a way I can increase the quality of the recording?
Thanks!
I forgot to write down the name of the person i met with on a Zoom meeting on February 20th. Is there a way for me to check a cloud, or data storage area to find the name of the person I met with?
I need the following scenario: Via API I created several meetings, which can be simultaneous at times. Does the Zoom API allow me to do this?
Each meeting will have 2 or more guests.
One of the requests can accept input from other guests, without depending on me as administrator.
When creating the meeting, invitees should receive an email with the link and date and time details.

Used Zoom successfully to join a meeting until last week when Message came up saying "Waiting for Host to Start Meeting". Confirmed Host had started meeting, set their Meeting Invitation so Participants could join without waiting for Host and that others had joined using laptops. On advice, I deleted and reinstalled Zoom (For Mac Users with Apple Silicone Chip) and still no luck - same message appears. Help Please!

I just finished attended a Zoom meeting for an online lecture from my laptop. I notice when the admin (teacher) pressed the "arrow" of the annotation to start explaining something, the shared screen will be dim automatically itself. I saw something "light dim" appeared, but sadly it does not show up on my recorded screen by Xbox as I checked back. My white chatbox at the side was not dim. My laptop screen was also not dim. However, I was told that it was my laptop's problem that it was low in battery. In fact, my laptop was charging. I didn't unplug the socket. Surprisingly, another viewer said could see the shared screen from the admin. This has happened twice, but I didn't manage to pay attention to it previously for the first one, because it was dim shortly, and then brightened quickly. May I know how to resolve the problem? Me as viewer can use chatbox to communicate with the admin only. Thank you.
