I recently got an iPad, and everything in the Zoom app works fine--except I can't figure out how to move the window with my picture (or the sharer's picture, if someone is sharing screen) around to a different corner of the screen. When I try to drag it, nothing happens. I can't find any settings that affect this, or any advice on Google. Has anyone experienced this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app.

One of our Executives has to reapply the background, a simple picture, each time he joins a new meeting. This seems to have just started recently. He uses the free account while we use Pro accounts to host/record, etc. His client is up to date, not sure why this just started happening. He's not very tech-savvy so we have to add it back each time he joins a meeting. Any idea?

Hi all, I am having trouble trying to push out the latest Zoom updates via Microsoft Endpoint Manager / In Tune. When I have tested this, it successfully removes the old version but does not install the new version and then it has to be installed manaully by the user. Has anyone got this working successfully from Azure Endpoint Manager and can advise what I need to do to get the latest version to successfully install?

How can we send advanced Zoom meeting invites directly from Zoom Client via email?
Does anyone know how to create a permanent zoom link so that people can just save the URL and join the zoom call any time, instead of having to always send out a new zoom link for people to join? I'm running an online course, and would like to have students save the URL to their toolbar on their browser and then just click the link when we meet each week. I'd also like to have a specific URL set up ie "soundquestzoom.com" for this. Anyone know how to make this happen?

Afternoon all, We are looking into solutions for screen sharing, and are considering zoom. Our agents often call the clients, and use programs to share the screen, the problem is that it gives too much access (either to the client, or the agent). We want that the host can only share specific applications, or some restriction here. We don't want them to connect to a clients computer, and see their browser, in case their emails are open for security reasons. If we could limit them connecting to our application, then it would solve a lot of security problems. Is this something that is possible with zoom? Can an admin restrict the things hosts can share?
