We have set up a zoom meeting for this Friday and we have a license for up to 300 attendees.  Most attendees are having no issues following the normal registration process.  but we have five attendees that were refused, with a banner flashing on the top of the screen saying:

This meeting is for authorized registrants only.  Please enter another email address.

All of the attendees have registered for other zoom meetings and their email address is valid and not new.  How can I fix this?

Recorded only myself

The test recording showed muliple recordings, but the final program only recorded myself.  Is there a copy of the correct meeting with everyone?  It is not on my local hard drive, only myself.

This is for an exercise class.  I am able to play the music from iphone app to my laptop.  However, Zoom does not share the sound to the attendees.  I have checked the share sound button in the share option.

On the Zoom platform is there an option to change source to headphone and the zoom app so that music can be heard and also my instructions?

Many thanks for your help.

Mac M1 mini 16gb running Sonoma

Ecamm Live

zoom has started crashing recently.  It crashes at least once per day.  I cannot fins any rhyme or reason for this because I may run three 90 minute sessions in a day and it will crash midway through the fourth, or

it might crash near the end of the second.  It crashes when screen sharing and when not, it crashes when sharing Audio and when not.

Some days it crashes once, some

days it crashes multiple

times.  I am on a wired lan connection and my internet is fast and stable. About 550down and 50-75 up.

anyone have any suggestions???

I have a faculty member in multiple classrooms that has reported the same issue when using Zoom:

If he plugs in a clicker, USB stick, or USB mic, Zoom will just flat out crash.  If he starts Zoom first, then plugs in his devices, it works, but at some point will crash again.

Anyone else experience the same issues with any USB devices?  Are there certain mics, clickers, or thumb drives that Zoom just doesn't play well with for some reason?

In Chrome, if I open a link in a new browser window (or drag a tab into a new window on its own) and choose that specific window to share, is there no way to access other open tabs on MY screen without these tabs appearing to the people I am sharing with? Note: I am only using one screen during these meetings

In other words, can I view other Chrome tabs on my screen while I am sharing a Chrome window I have specifically separated and selected for sharing? Is there any way to do this with one screen? Could this work with two screens?

Situation: in my meetings, I need to open a link in Chrome and share only that specific tab for a short time, but it would be very helpful to be able to view the other tabs I have open while I am sharing WITHOUT the other parties being able to see this. I need to share my full screen with my participants  (I cannot select only a part of my screen to share) and I need to be able to end my share and switch my participants' screen back to the meeting window without much interruption.

If this can work with 2 screens, would appreciate some help in setting this up.
