Annotation
Annotation is working only for a presenter who is sharing his screen?
If others not host are presenting, annotation is still working for both way?
I think it worked before but not anymore.

I use Zoom meetings and Zoom phone for my consulting business. I used to like having one app for meetings and phone, but the increasingly unwanted advertising and general nagging is causing me to re-evaluate my choice of Zoom. - I pay for Meetings and Phone. Make them prominent in the desktop app. Unless I have the app taking up a lot of desktop real estate, I have to click "..." to even find Phone, yet the "Mail" and "Calendar" show all the time, and I have zero (I repeat zero) interest in using them. - I don't want to connect Zoom to my email and calendar. I don't want "Zoom Mail." Let users disable the "Mail" and "Calendar" tabs. They're just noise and make me dig through an extra menu to get to "Phone" -- which I pay for! I do not want to give Zoom or any Zoom app access to my email account. It's a terrible idea. It's not going to happen, and prompting me to log in all the time is just annoying. - I don't want "Zoom Apps." Seriously, stop adding bloat to the app. I want meetings and phone. Make the rest go away.
In no particular order:
- Stop trying to sell me crap every time I launch Zoom. If I want another Zoom service, I'll let you know, but get your nagging virtual salesperson and your irrelevant special offers off my desktop. Seriously, if I need to host a meeting with 500 people I'll let you know. Go away.
- I'm a consultant and already have Signal, Slack and Teams running. I don't need yet another chat app. I don't want another chat app. I already have too many things demanding my attention. Make Zoom "Team Chat" optional. Get it off my desktop.

I'm a therapist and have been using Zoom for years. Now when I send my clients an invitation link, they can no longer join via browser, they get an error and have to download Zoom. They don't all want to download the app and this could cost me business. I haven't changed any settings - Does anyone know what's up? TIA

I want to include a Zoom meeting option on MTMIS verification so I can have a weekly meeting with users to help them with vehicle verification. But I'm not sure how to do this. Can you help me figure it out?
Hello! I have set up some Zoom sessions with registration. I have three co-hosts, as it is a series of events and we are all involved. However, I am the only one who can see the list of participants who have registered. Is there a way all alternative hosts can access this register? Also, is there a way to convert the details from that register into an Excel document, for instance, so that we have all the data?

We are a theatre company that's using Zoom in order to rehearse scenes from a play. There are times when two actors will be speaking at the same time and are supposed to overlap one another. The default audio settings in Zoom will prioritize one person's audio so that the second, overlapping person's audio can not be heard. Is there a setting in Audio Settings that enables overlapping audio? Is it "Original sound for musicians"? Or is it "Live performance audio"? The various actors will be in their homes, which are sometimes a little noisy, so it'd be ideal if the default automatic noise cancellation tools that are part of Zoom are not affected.

Our default calendar is configured for Google Calendar since the majority of our users utilize it. However, as we've onboarded a subset of users from our partner organization, it's worth noting that they primarily utilize Office 365 Calendar. Considering this, we're exploring options to enable certain users to configure Calendar Synchronization with calendars other than the default - any advice

I often host Zoom meetings with attendees where the attendees are not tech-savvy at all. They can click and join a Zoom link but that's about it. Sometimes the attendees's microphone options are not set right (too low, for example). With the attendees permission/approval, I want to be able to adjust their Zoom microphone options. I have tried using the "Support --> Request desktop control" of that person's computer (with their permission/approval). When they have given approval for me to do Desktop Support, the Desktop of their computer appears, but I can't access the Zoom client itself. I tried clicking on the Zoom client at the bottom of the screen but it does not bring up the Zoom client itself. anyone know if this is even possible, to be able to access the Zoom client to modify the microphone setting (increasing input level), even while the Zoom meeting is running?

I set up a meeting with recording option set to cloud storage (with automatic recording). I signed in and opened a meeting. After approx. 30 minutes, I transferred host duties to the participant who was chairing the meeting, remained in the meeting. There's no recording of the meeting in cloud storage and none rendered locally. The meeting went for about 1+ hours. Can you please let me know who has a copy/access of the recording?

Hello Zoom community, we have a zoom meeting for which we reached 100 participants. Many still want to register so we upgraded our account to 500 participants. Does anyone know how to reopen a Zoom meeting for the registration to continue?
