Hi

I have been using Zoom for many years, so I am a very experienced Zoom user (I am a developer my self).

For the last months, I started to notice that while in a Zoom meeting, when copy/paste , open applications or ALT+TAB, that sometimes the keys are “stuck”, especially the CTRL key, resulting in unwanted operations occurring.

I never notice this when I am not in a Zoom meeting,  before the summer, it has worked just fine, never any problem but starting to noticing it since august this year.

I also today opened the on-screen keyboard, and I can see that the keys are sometimes stuck, to verify my problem. I see that the left/right shift, left/right CTRL, and ALTGr is keept pressed without me pressing those keys.

This is highly annoying, as I am never sure if CTRL C+V works,  and other operations also fails when CTRL is stuck. So, I have to press CTRL several times to get it unstuck.

I have tried CTRL +ALT +DEL while in meeting, but it does not help.

any suggestions? I don't have any special tools or other magic software installed.

It worked just fine before summer.

I've got an ATR2100x USB mic that I've plugged into my computer.

I can see it and select it under the audio settings but I can't hear anything. If I test record I get nothing too.

Normally it just works but it is really mystifying me today. Any ideas?

Ever since a few days ago, my captions have been stuck at English.

I am well aware of how to change the language of the Captions, but the only option available for me to choose from in the list in English.

Does anyone know how do I change it?

Hello my name is Manav Gangwani. One of the team members is in a remote area where the network is very less. How can I ensure smooth and stable video streaming in a Zoom meeting with participants from diverse geographical locations and varying internet connection speeds while minimizing latency and audio/video synchronization issues?

1. In lessons, I want to share something from the main room to all the Breakout rooms, and then join the different rooms to see how they're getting on. How do I join the rooms but continue to share what's on the screen?
2. As a host, how do I fix the gallery so it's side-by-side what I'm sharing, in the way it's fixed when I'm a participant?

We have a user using Outlook for the web on MacOS 14.2.1 on Microsoft Edge 122.0.2365.52. When creating a calendar invite with a Zoom meeting, clicking "Send" will give an error message reading "Zoom is taking longer than expected. Zoom is processing message." with the options "Send anyway" or "Don't send". Leaving this alone for several minutes does not help Zoom process the message faster. Clicking "Send anyway" closes the new calendar invite window, but the error message persists on the screen until it is closed out or "Don't send" is clicked.

What are my best troubleshooting steps to see about getting this error message to stop appearing when adding a Zoom meeting to a calendar invite?
