I am using Chrome on a Mac. Whenever I am on a zoom call and someone shares their screen, the screen share image is blown up, though the zoom is only at 100%. I then can zoom out through Mac gestures. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I have used zoom for years, on mac, but I have never had this issue. This is a new computer for me, so I am not sure if there is something different with the mac settings. But this is really annoying and it would be great to resolve. Any ideas? Thanks

When using the Zoom app on my desktop, I am used to seeing the list of my scheduled meetings on the left side. Normally, only meetings that I have scheduled would be on the list. Recently, we started collaborating with a different institution, and now whenever they invite me to a meeting, it shows up on the list of meetings on the app. There are so many of them that they bury the meetings that I have actually scheduled and need to access. I am not the administrator of the account, so I have limited settings that I can control, and I haven't found a way to remove these meetings. It only happens when one particular person from the other institution schedules the meetings. It does not happen with anyone else, either from our own institution or from others. Oh, and these meetings only seem to show on the app, not when I log into Zoom from a browser and look for upcoming meetings. I only see the recurring meeting that I use regularly. Is this even a setting on my end, or is it a setting that the other person controls when they schedule the meeting? And please, I don't want to just switch to using the browser. I use the app for a reason and don't want to abandon it. Thank you.

Hello, we are an ISP in Peru. We are experiencing difficulties with some of our customers not being able to access their Zoom services, and we have identified that our IP addresses 209.45.90.173 and 209.45.90.174 appear to be blocked on their platform. We understand that security and data protection policies are essential to guarantee optimal service for all users. However, we want to highlight that any anomalous or unwanted activity coming from our IP addresses does not reflect the general behavior of our customers. We are working hard to ensure our network is secure and reliable. Since many of our clients depend on Zoom for their daily activities, whether work meetings, webinars, online classes, among others; It is of utmost importance for us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Due to the above, we urgently request the review and, if possible, the unblocking of the mentioned IP addresses. Since we have more than 500 subscribers requesting access, we are willing to collaborate in any verification or clarification process that is required to resolve this situation. We thank you in advance for your quick response and understanding. We hope to be able to resolve this situation for the benefit of our mutual clients. Sincerely,

On our stage we have two monitors (for the audience to see) and at our A/V station we have two monitors- one to monitor Zoom, the other for our meeting materials. The A/V monitors are screens 1 & 2, while the audience monitors are screen 3. At times we will have a visiting speaker who logs into Zoom and is given co-hosting privileges. He would often share his screen, which will appear on the Zoom monitor (1 or 2, depending on the preference of the A/V team member serving as the host), but not on the audience monitors. How do we get the audience monitors to show what the visiting speaker is sharing?

After months of running things successfully with breakout rooms, suddenly the breakout rooms won't start (status continues to show "breakout rooms not started" and breakout rooms indeed do not start) after clicking the button to open breakout rooms when hosting on a Chromebook. We're manually assigning participants to breakout rooms (only three or four breakout rooms with two or three participants in each). Through troubleshooting, we found that we are able to launch breakout rooms successfully from a Windows 10 PC (build 22H2) using Chrome (v 112.0.5615.138), but the Chromebooks continue to exhibit the problem described above. We've tried on two versions of Chrome OS (different device models, even): v108.0.5359.172 and 112.0.5615.62. We've used the browser (PWA) version, as well as the installed app version (v1.4.9.1297 (0406)). Any ideas?

I had to log in under a colleague's name several days ago (Carl Richardson) -- I'm trying to get into a separate meeting now but it's not letting me in as it thinks I'm my colleague! (I have been able to join under other meetings ...) How can I ensure that I'm able to enter all ZOOM meetings under my own name (Joel Snyder). Please help!

Has there been an update to the issue of third-party captioners being moved into a breakout room and not being able to embed captions? Captions work fine in the main room, and then once moved and provided the new API, no captions appear in the breakout room. I know this was an issue prior, but wondering if this had been fixed. It becomes very difficult when clients move our captioners into breakout rooms and then they cannot provide the same services as they just were in the main Zoom room. Your advice would be appreciated. Thx.

I set up a test meeting. Go through accept camera and mic etc. At this point I can see the display of the camera in the screen. Click ok. The screen disappears and the zoom control window appears - small oblong window with four large square icons. There is no way to reopen the window so I cannot join the meeting. Using Ubuntu MATE 20.04 on HP Elitebook 840 G1 The chat bot has no idea what I am talking about! I have also posted this in the developer forum in case it is too much of a technical issue for this context.
