My company is planning an event where we intend to have many people joining certain rooms at certain timings for meetings, something like the following table.

The computers will be the hosts of the meeting and after one farmer ends their call, we will let the other farmer join the room.

Currently we have 1 Zoom One Pro account. As we cannot have concurrent meetings, and we cannot have a meeting stop suddenly, am I correct to say that I need to purchase 3 more pro licenses?

I teach all my classes via zoom.  Lately, many of my attendees are getting an address invalid response.

they have the correct link, and meeting number. Can anyone tell me what they need to do to join the meeting.

It seems like most of them (that i can remember are using apple)

Hi! I'm trying to access my zoom meeting recordings from my school. I was able to access them through Canvas earlier today but now it is showing as "You Don't Have Access" even though I'm logged into the same account. I'm not sure what I need to do and I need to access this recording for homework....so it's important. Does anyone know why this is happening?

 When working from home we have the ability to remotely access our office desktop computers from our home computers.  For zoom meetings during those times, I will log on for the video portion on my computer, and call in on my iPhone for the audio.  On the last couple of zoom meetings that I’ve called into when working remotely, when I enter the meeting ID &/or passcode on my phone, zoom somehow changes the numbers I enter, even though it shows the correct numbers on my phone.  The automated voice will read the numbers back to me, and a couple of them will be wrong, and not the ones I entered.  After two attempts zoom will hang up on me.  I just have to keep trying, and eventually in gets it right, but I am invariably late to the meetings when this occurs.  Very strange.

I joined a large live training Zoom.  About 125 people.  Most people had their cameras on.  My video would not turn on, no matter what I did.  When we broke into groups of 6, and groups of 2, my video worked just fine.  I have part 2 of the training this Friday.  I contacted the host.  They have no ideas what happened.  Thoughts????
