Hello! I am hoping one of our Zoom Community members may have insight on the following: My colleague, who is responsible for scheduling meetings in Zoom, frequently experiences an "invalid meeting ID" message with meetings that they set up. We have updated Zoom several times, to ensure we are using the latest version, but continue to experience the issue. I have also reviewed my colleague's process for scheduling meetings, and have confirmed that they are following the correct steps for meeting setup. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any advice or words of wisdom you can provide are much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I just set up a new meeting. The "Details" tab, the "Registration" tab, and the "Branding" tab all appear fine. However, the "Email Settings" tab only shows the titles for the info there. But I can't input anything, and nothing is automatically populated. It says "Select email language" with no selection and no way to add a selection. It says "Email Contact" with no email address and no way to add one. It says "Confirmation email to registrants" with no options or content and with no way to add anything. I have set up many meetings in the past and have never had this problem before. Please share any fixes, insights, and advice. Thank you. I have a Pro account.

First let me state that I am old and not the most tech savvy. But I tutor math in zoom on my ipad and while I was using the free version things were fine. But now that I have updated to pro, to avoid the 40 min time limit, I can no longer write or even find the tools to write on the white board. Please help!! I'm so frustrated and can't a live person to talk to me.

Hi There, we currently have a Zoom Pro account but are interested in using the Q&A feature to keep questions in our chat organized (and from getting buried). I know that Zoom has a Webinar feature/add-on but we aren't looking for anything that full blown, just utilizing the Q&A feature. From what I've read it sounds like maybe upgrading to the business account would provide this as an option- could someone confirm?

Hello. I get a lot of complaints from our online classes connected to the service during group conferences saying that the sound has static, broadcasts keystrokes, and makes the speakers flutter. This most specifically occurs on group calls and international calls. I've watched the video and adjusted my settings. But it seems to be something internally with the platform software that I DO NOT experience with other platforms like Skype, FaceTime, etc. Anyone else experience this or have a solution? Does any Zoom Support exist besides Community? Thank you!

Is it possible to change background in Zoom Basic? I've read instructions, and watched a video, but in both instances my account doesn't jive with the instructions. (It used to be easy to change backgrounds, and now seems not possible.) Is it a Basic issue? Thanks.

Just tried the new live performance audio setting and tried jamming with a friend but the guitars were out of tune - almost a full step - even though each was checked on a tuner. Otherwise, the new feature looks like it might work but not if it's changing the pitch. Could this have something to do with the sample rate settings in the audio interfaces???
