I am a therapist doing telehealth. I want to be able to organize the list of recurring no fixed time meetings I have so I can find them quickly and easily. How do I do this? It is possible on an iphone, but does not seem possible on a mac. What am I missing? Or could this feature be added?

Hi, Does anyone know where I can find a list of the Zoom dial-in numbers for the US? I'm in the Caribbean and we push our Zoom calls out to a US Telco via a SIP circuit. Occasionally we get someone dialing a zoom number that does not go to that SIP because its not one we programmed into our Mitel controller. If I had a list of the numbers I would pre-program them to go out via the SIP.

During Zoom meetings, I would like my first name to be visible to other Zoom participants. Toward that end, in my Zoom profile, under the Display Name section, I only have my first name listed. I also do not have my last name entered in my Zoom profile. Yet during live Zoom meetings, my first and last name is listed for public view. Thanks for any tips on how to make only my first name visible to other participants during Zoom meetings.

Hi there. A friend showed me how to use the immersive view during a meeting. However, my own image shows up there with a circle around it and my (real) background visible. How do I get this fixed? My friend's image showed up just her face and torso, no background. I'm on a iMac, OS 10.3.6

I have a paid account with Zoom. I want to record locally, but so far I have only been able to record in 720P I would like to record in 1080P. I thought I was able to do that when I first purchased my license?

My issue: During screen sharing in meeting, someone was able to draw a (curved red) line *onto* the shared screen. It was not the (guest) person that shared, it was not the host (= me), but some meeting guest. My questions: Any idea, how this is possible, please? Can host prevent this? Thank you for any answer/solution and/or idea!

Hello ! I want to attend a zoom meeting in my navigator, even if my computer has no microphone. I only want to LISTEN to a meeting. I used to listen to meetings before on this web navigator on this same computer without any microphone. But now : Zoom shuts down the audio every 30 seconds to notice me : "your navigator doesn't allow you using your microphone" ! Then I can only "join audio by computer" and wait for the next interruption every 30 seconds. I have tried all the settings but I have no other choice than select one only microphone even though no microphone exists on my computer. But Zoom continues on trying to access it (see attached files). I'm unable to follow any meeting with so many interruptions. Does someone have a solution please ? Please note again that : 1) I want to use the home computer and not my phone (my choice because of a bigger screen) 2) I don't want to install the zoom app and want to run zoom in a navigator (my choice because of the computer's owner) 3) there is no microphone on this computer (there is not any.) Thanks so much if you can help ! (I hope my English is understandable because I'm French)

When I schedule a scheduled meeting, I always choose a custom topic, but when the meeting ends and the recording is available in the cloud - there is always a fixed topic: Roy Amos's Personal Meeting Room How do I change the name to be what I set during the meeting?
(I want to create an automation that will transfer all the recording links to Monday, and I can't have the same topic every time)
