This is quite bizarre.

When my camera is on, it shows me UPSIDE DOWN, superimposed over an old photo I used for when the camera was turned off. 

I tried deleting the Zoom app & reinstalling from scratch.  Problem still exists. It seems to be different if I select a zoom link someone sends vs signing onto Zoom separately & inputting the join code & password.

At one point I tried signing up from scratch again but chose a "secret" email they suggested to hide my real email. So maybe I actually have two accounts?  BUT, I don't know how to access the zoom that is associated with the "private" cloud email that was suggested to delete that account, if that is the problem.

Any suggestions? Help MOST APPRECIATED!!!   Bless you! 

I signed into a meeting last night and found that I no longer have access to virtual backgrounds and that the options on my screen look nothing like what is shown in the support documents. I have a free personal account. HOWEVER, I also logged into the enterprise account I use at work and discovered the same thing. I used to be able to click on my image, go to settings and access a variety of backgrounds, including blur. This is no longer true on either account. Where did it go?

I am using Windows 10 on both devices.

Hi guys, I face issue with Custom Stream Service.

In past I worked with CSS to YT and with every stream I could modify parameters as stream key and so. 
But now, when I just my personal meeting id as usual, it goes directly to invalid page and I cannot stream or modify paramets. When I push button, it automaticly start streaming to youtube but to invalid direction.

Any tips?

Our last two Zoom Cloud Recording came in at:
• 1686x720 (Windows laptop with built-in webcam) and
• 1832x982 (Mac with built-in webcam).

We used to consistently get 1280x720 but now it seems variable.
Any ideas on this?
We have the HD settings on in the master account but can't tell you about the guest/speaker's settings.
