My issue: During screen sharing in meeting, someone was able to draw a (curved red) line *onto* the shared screen. It was not the (guest) person that shared, it was not the host (= me), but some meeting guest. My questions: Any idea, how this is possible, please? Can host prevent this? Thank you for any answer/solution and/or idea!

Hello ! I want to attend a zoom meeting in my navigator, even if my computer has no microphone. I only want to LISTEN to a meeting. I used to listen to meetings before on this web navigator on this same computer without any microphone. But now : Zoom shuts down the audio every 30 seconds to notice me : "your navigator doesn't allow you using your microphone" ! Then I can only "join audio by computer" and wait for the next interruption every 30 seconds. I have tried all the settings but I have no other choice than select one only microphone even though no microphone exists on my computer. But Zoom continues on trying to access it (see attached files). I'm unable to follow any meeting with so many interruptions. Does someone have a solution please ? Please note again that : 1) I want to use the home computer and not my phone (my choice because of a bigger screen) 2) I don't want to install the zoom app and want to run zoom in a navigator (my choice because of the computer's owner) 3) there is no microphone on this computer (there is not any.) Thanks so much if you can help ! (I hope my English is understandable because I'm French)

When I schedule a scheduled meeting, I always choose a custom topic, but when the meeting ends and the recording is available in the cloud - there is always a fixed topic: Roy Amos's Personal Meeting Room How do I change the name to be what I set during the meeting?
(I want to create an automation that will transfer all the recording links to Monday, and I can't have the same topic every time)

I will give you the rundown of what I have right now: Here's the report: 77 crashes dating back to October 15, 2023 Closing MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner... works... Reinstalling Zoom doesn't Zoom not responding... like the company itself. Anyone having this problem, feel free to tell* Zoom about it and tell** them to fix it (*) roast Thanks!

I really enjoy having the opportunity to use this platform for weekly prayer. So far, no issues in connection on my computer, tablet or phone. I can connect anywhere during prayer time with others.
I have Zoom enabled for Outlook Web. How do I prevent Zoom from creating a "[Draft]" meeting placeholder and only have a Zoom created if the Outlook Web Calendar event is actually saved?
Whether I use the option to always add a Zoom meeting to event invites or if I manually add a Zoom meeting to an event invite -
Zoom always creates a "[Draft]" onto my calendar - even if I discard the creation of the invite. To the Zoom client, it looks like a 'real' meeting and it triggers notifications, links, etc.

How can I choose or change the region the one-touch dial-in is pulling from?
For a non-profit Zoom Pro account with a single license has a Zoom ID and password. If I add a 2nd license, does that generate a 2nd and different Zoom ID and password?
If I accept someone else's zoom meeting, unless it is on my calendar, I can't get any information on the meeting: length of time, who connected with, etc. For billing clients this is a real nightmare. If someone outside my network calls from their Zoom phone can converts the call to a meeting or invites me via phone call, I don't have a record of it in my meetings or in my phone calls. Is there a tool anyone is using that tracks this? I have zoom phone and Zoom meetings. Device: Zoom client on Windows 11 PC Thanks, Super Frustrated
