Ever since a few days ago, my captions have been stuck at English.

I am well aware of how to change the language of the Captions, but the only option available for me to choose from in the list in English.

Here is a screenshot of what happens when I tried to change the language of the captions.

Does anyone know how do I change it?

Thanks!

Hello, I've been effectively utilizing Zoom for meetings.

To conduct meetings more efficiently, I need a way to monitor in real time who speaks and for how long during the meeting.

Given that Zoom has the functionality to focus on the speaker, it seems plausible that there could also be a feature to track speaking time. Is there already such a feature available, or is there any plan to develop it in the future?

I want to enable meeting participants to see how many minutes they and others have used for speaking, allowing them to adjust their own speaking time accordingly.

We have a user using Outlook for the web on MacOS 14.2.1 on Microsoft Edge 122.0.2365.52. When creating a calendar invite with a Zoom meeting, clicking "Send" will give an error message reading "Zoom is taking longer than expected. Zoom is processing message." with the options "Send anyway" or "Don't send". Leaving this alone for several minutes does not help Zoom process the message faster. Clicking "Send anyway" closes the new calendar invite window, but the error message persists on the screen until it is closed out or "Don't send" is clicked.

What are my best troubleshooting steps to see about getting this error message to stop appearing when adding a Zoom meeting to a calendar invite?

I just took over a job at an organization that has 3 Zoom accounts. I need to schedule a meeting for Monday at 10am.

There is another meeting scheduled for 10am on Monday, but I cannot find that meeting scheduled in any of the organization's 3 Zoom accounts.

I contacted the committee chair and asked if she had a Zoom invite for her meeting that will apparently take place on Monday at 10am.

She sent it to me - the link is for a reoccurring meeting and she received it over a year ago. I was able to log into the meeting.

Are there any clues within the invitation URL that would help me figure out which account this invitation came from?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have my Zoom meetings set up to automatically record the moment I log in. I had a session recently hosted by someone else and when I joined the system -- as it normally does -- announced that the session was being recorded. However, when the session was over, my recording was nowhere to be found, in the cloud or locally on my computer. What did I do wrong? Did my session not record because the host controlled the recording, or can the session be recorded by multiple people? Fortunately, the host captured the session and will provide it to me, but I need to prepare for this happening again. Thanks in advance for your help.

Is there a way to mass put attendees back into the waiting room during a meeting.  I run meetings for a municipality where the meetings are open to the public, but from time to time they need to enter into closed session.  This requires me to one at a time send attendees to the waiting room, which can be very time consuming when you have 50 -100 attendees.  Normally only one or two attendees stay on the entire time.
