I have noticed that for a week now my Zoom camera is not working. The light is on, the settings show it is functional, but my camera screen is black. I have tried every single troubleshooting option, I have restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom using CleanZoom, I have used Dell SupportAssist to troubleshoot my own camera, I have closed Zoom from running in the background, logged in and out, updated my computer and the app, yet nothing seems to work. I own the latest version of Zoom and use the integrated cam of a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1. I have looked throughout the Zoom Community forum as well and tried every solution that I found, yet nothing works. The camera works from Dell settings just fine, but on Zoom it simply doesn't show it, considering it is turned on, the light next to the camera indicating so. Help, please?

I understand that you can block someone who was invited to a meeting via a link from participating.  When that person tries to enter the meeting and use the link to connect again to the meeting, what does that show?   Does it say you have been blocked from participation?  The cyber chat did not answer this question.  Thanks for the help.

Waiting room

As a security measure, Users or Personal Contacts, not listed in my account, will be placed in the Waiting Room.

My question - should I add them to my account as Users or as Personal Contacts ? Any known limitations ?

Outlook Calander zoom meetings not showing on the zoom software (some of them). Also, the user states that unknown meetings are showing on her zoom app. I updated the zoom app, and I signed the user out and had the user log back in, but nothing solve... Show more

Also, the user states that unknown meetings are showing on her zoom app. I updated the zoom app, and I signed the user out and had the user log back in, but nothing solved the problem. I did see an article that you have to check in the sync setting but i did not find it on the app, so i don't know if the sync setting is on or not. If any of you can show me the steps on how to check if the sync is working and what other troubleshooting steps are available. I would highly appreciate it.

Hello, during a video call with a contact, another person calls me on video, how can I configure the service to be able to add the calling person to the ongoing call? Currently, I have to invite this person during a conversation.

In meeting notification

During a zoom call I am muted and want to stay muted, but a pop up keeps displaying every few seconds informing me that I am muted. Is there a way to disable this pop up to prevent it from happening?

We run classes in series of 6. So, I set up a series of recurring meetings that end after 6 occurrences. Occasionally, after the series has started, I may need to delete one meeting. I would like to have it delete and then the end move along 1 week. ... Show more

We run classes in series of 6.  So, I set up a series of recurring meetings that end after 6 occurrences.  Occasionally, after the series has started, I may need to delete one meeting.  I would like to have it delete and then the end move along 1 week.  So, it remains 6 occurrences but with 1 deleted in the middle.  Is there a way to do this?
