It only gives me one audio file with a local recording which is really frustrating, I seem to have all the right details up, am I missing something? This is essential to sort for me with my podcast!
When I log in to zoom, I successfully test my my audio. However, when another participant joins the call they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them until I log out and log back in. This happens evertime. I am using Windows 11. Can anyone advise? Thx
I upgraded to new version, unfortunatly returning to old version after a couple of days
I use Outlook for work. I am on a Macbook with the new Outlook application. When I schedule a meeting in Zoom, it opens Outlook so I can invite people to the meeting, however, I get the following error message within Outlook. "There was an issue and your file(s) cannot be imported." I can't actually send an invite to people so no one can accept/deny the invite. I have to copy and paste the meeting into an email. This also causes an issue as it does not sync on anyone's calendar. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this a Zoom problem or an Outlook issue?

I trimmed a cloud recording today. But I made mistake and then I cannot revert back to the original recording. The remark said I can recover within 30 days, but I cannot find any clue to recover it.
This is quite bizarre. When my camera is on, it shows me UPSIDE DOWN, superimposed over an old photo I used for when the camera was turned off. I tried deleting the Zoom app & reinstalling from scratch. Problem still exists. It seems to be different if I select a zoom link someone sends vs signing onto Zoom separately & inputting the join code & password. At one point I tried signing up from scratch again but chose a "secret" email they suggested to hide my real email. So maybe I actually have two accounts? BUT, I don't know how to access the zoom that is associated with the "private" cloud email that was suggested to delete that account, if that is the problem. Any suggestions? Help MOST APPRECIATED!!! I signed into a meeting last night and found that I no longer have access to virtual backgrounds and that the options on my screen look nothing like what is shown in the support documents. I have a free personal account. HOWEVER, I also logged into the enterprise account I use at work and discovered the same thing. I used to be able to click on my image, go to settings and access a variety of backgrounds, including blur. This is no longer true on either account. Where did it go? I am using Windows 10 on both devices.
