I have recently had problems with the sound quality while using ZOOM.  Previously, I was able to have multiple students and at the same time I could use any type of video simultaneousy without any problem.  Now I have to turn on "share volume" and the video sound quality is awful.  It is broken up and impossible to understand.  Also, when the students try to speak, the sound quality is impossible to understand.  Has ZOOM made some changes to their platform which is causing this very annoying inconvenience?  How can I resolve this issue?

I created a new business account. I am unable to schedule meetings, as the area is grayed out. Help!

I am trying to sign in to a newly installed Zoom add-on to Google Calendar.  It was obtained from the Google Marketplace. My login credentials are identical between Zoom and my new Google business account. I repeatedly receive an extremely long URL and then the dreaded 400 error. At a lost. Help anyone.

Zoom Client for Desktop 5.16.0 Issue

Hi- we are seeing 20-30 seconds delay in loading the video and virtual background the first time we join a meeting after installing the latest update released on 9/18/2023. Anyone is seeing the same issue?

Resolved! Zoom SSO Saml Mapping DisplayName

So I am working on getting the Displayname Saml portion setup but no matter what Attribute I enter, nothing works.

It is setup using DUO SSO so it gets the Attributes from there, however, I am unable to set attributes for this the Displayname. Hope that make sense...

It seems that only the First name, Last Name & Email attributes work but nothing else.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, I have observed that some of the participant videos during my meetings have been experiencing glitches and distortions. I am not sure if the issue is on my end or if there is a solution that I can suggest to resolve the problem. It has become difficult to communicate effectively through video with them. Sometimes, turning their video off and then back on again temporarily improves the quality, but after a few seconds, the glitches and freezes persist, or the video may go blank

Edits in Zoom meeting cannot be saved

Tried to add a description to an upcoming Zoom meeting.  The saved description is cleared after about 15 minutes.  Also, other options are also randomly cleared.

A while ago I lost access to my gmail account for reasons unknown to me and I am still trying to fix. It seems to me that it may have been deleted. The problem is that my zoom account was associated with that account and I can't see the emails that are sent to be able to log in and start meetings. What can I do in this case?

 

I tried to change this linked address but as I don't have my google account I can't confirm the change either.

Error 10004 stuck in loop

I cannot launch the Zoom App on Mac

 

I try to launch the Zoom app (Version: 5.11.6 (9890)) on my Mac and get a message "Your app version must be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in.  Please update to continue."  I select update and everything downloads fine, but errors out with "error 10004" upon attempting to install.  

 

Zoom support states the solution to this issue is to launch the Zoom Desktop App and select ZOOM > Uninstall, restart, then reinstall the Zoom.app

 

The issue that I am having is when I attempt to launch the Zoom app, I am back to the error and please update to continue message so I am essentially stuck in a loop at this point.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
