A few months ago, my meeting recordings (which I use for YouTube) suddenly became blurry and occasionally pixellated. Nothing drastically changed on my end about the space I record from, the lighting (I'm by the same window, though the days have gotten darker I'm not sure it would be enough to make it blurry as this), or my computer, so I'm not sure what happened.

any insight on troubleshooting this?

I record with the HD setting.

Here is my straightforward requirement. Appreciate it if someone could give me a proper solution.

I need a system to be able to get 100 meetings scheduled during the same hour where different people can connect via Zoom and I don't need to administer them other than providing the unique links in advance. The individuals joining those meetings will be mostly one-on-one teacher vs student.  I can't manage to have multiple accounts for this requirement. I am ready to pay based on the # of meetings or hours consumed whatever works or can switch plans but the above is what I need.

Please suggest.

Hi,

I'm trying to watch some recordings of some classes I missed and the link takes me to a sign-in page and then "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)" displays. I looked at some posts about this issue and they say about being a host cannot watch cloud recordings, but I'm not a host and I couldn't join the live online classes. Can anyone tell me what's happening?

error while recording

At the end of a meeting, I pressed the record button by mistake. So when I downloaded the file, only the last part was there? how can I get it back?

All meetings generated by one user automatically require registration, how to turn it off for them?

A user on my company's Zoom account (business licenses) has reported that every time she generates a meeting, it automatically includes registration. We're searched the settings and turned on and off as many as we can, and the registration hasn't bud... Show more

A user on my company's Zoom account (business licenses) has reported that every time she generates a meeting, it automatically includes registration. We're searched the settings and turned on and off as many as we can, and the registration hasn't budged.

 

We have 200+ other users on the account who do not have this issue.

 

Is there a way to prevent registration from automatically generating with new meetings?


Has anyone else run into this?

Zoom account auto provision Azure SSO

If we enable the auto provision portion of SSO with Azure Identity, will all new users get the same email verification process or are the account created and activated without end user action?

Screen sharing a video on the web I am unable to download

I want to screen share a video that is on the web during a meeting. I cannot download the video and share it from my computer. I have to go to the website link in order to access and play the video. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Zoom profile photo not saving

I am trying to save my profile photo which is saved as a .jpg and is 2MB, but it is not saving. What am I doing wrong?

The No Fixed Time meeting would not start.

 

We have Pro with 1 license.  Is there a time limit that new (no fixed time) meetings can not start prior to a recurring time fixed meeting start time?

Distorted Video when joining meeting through Edge Browser

I am an IT manager with multiple PC's that have this same issue on all of my networks, Multiple PC's & Locations.

When joining a meeting via Edge through the browser the video is distorted w/ pink lines.

Even when the video is minimized to a small thumbnail - same issue.

Tried adding the zoom edge add-in & it made no difference.

Joining meeting via the downloadable application is NOT an option.

I DO NOT allow my users to download & install applications - Users MUST join via the browser.

an alternative browser - such as Google Chrome is also NOT an option.

I have screenshots available, but no way here to upload them.
